What about the thing with the watchers say Clockwork is now to watch over Danny? We have like only one episode outside "The ultimate enemy" that shows him interacting with Danny again. The fans were wanting to see more of him along with him being like a good friend and teacher to Danny. We even saw more of those observents then we ever really did clockwork. I think we would have wanted some kinda of back ground on how they came to be. Though we want back grounds in most of the ghosts in the ghost zone.. but still those two would be my top choices.

Since we probably won't get a Danny Phantom comeback in the future, and we won't know what went on with the characters after Phantom Planet, there is a fanfiction author that wrote about how life became for the team after Danny's secret got out. And it is so good and written so perfectly that it almost feels canon. Basically the government (higher-ups of the Guys in White, more powerful dudes) they take over and try to keep Danny and his powers in check. There's a whole bit about Danielle and what exactly was she and how Vlad became mutated because of the disasteroid and how the ghosts made a truce. My God, is it good. I seriously recommend that everyone should check it out. The writer is MyAibou. Check her out! The way she writes the characters has that Butch Hartman original show touch.
@Jonathan Menzies Sure, I've read some fanfics where Jazz and Tucker worked. But I'm more inclined towards Tucker and Valerie because they had mad chemistry in Shades of Grey, especially at the end. Kinda sad the writers didn't go that route, as it would have created a lot of tension between Danny and Tucker. Hence the MyAibou series where Valerie and Tucker are explored more in sync with their canon counterparts. With one of my favorite line of the series, which happened when Valerie couldn't attend senior year prom with this guy she liked because of her secret identity as the hunter, (this happened after she and the gang became close friends so now her secret is also Danny's, so she couldn't risk it.) When she gets dumped, Tucker swoops in and tells her how he always had a crush on her and after spending more time with her, he came to really like her. And she's not totally on board at first, but then in the next moment asks Tucker out. He's elated and she says this, "I'm not gonna promise a Danny and Sam 'We were always meant to be together' kind of thing, but I would like to try." and try they do and it works. Totally works. Sorry for the rant, it's been a while since I've fangirled with someone over DP.

Not to mention that almost confession and her nod of acquiesce with him comforting her that they had time for that. And how he was the one to posed the question first. Making it obvious that in his hearts of hearts, she's there. And he knows it, but is too scared to confront the magnitude of his feelings. 4. That bit with Aragon. Sam accepting Danny's feelings for Valerie and bowing out because she cares so much about what makes him happy, even if that isn't her. 6. Double Cross My Heart....all of it. Nothing to be left out. To the end when he apologized to her and then proceeded to list all the qualities that made her special...to him. 7. When Danny created a diversion so he could blame Vlad, and he winks at Sam in the moment of acting and she gets what he's up to, immediately. While for Tuck it takes a hot second. 8. Danny going on and on about saving Sam from Undergrowth. 9. Do not even get me started on Frightmare. The looks. The inside joke about Dash. The soft, hesitant flirtation. Like, come on! 10. Can't forget how well they worked together when Ember first attacked to when they all went camping and everyone got kidnapped. Leaving these two alooone. 11. Calmly ending with just how well Sam knows Danny even when he doesn't know himself. And she's his anchor. Facing sudden death, either by ghosts or asteroids, all Danny can think about is telling HER how he feels. And that kiss....that kiss is life! Again, sorry for the rant.
