It was an amazing series. Nick should have NEVER canceled. The aged-up version for college would take off. It fits the generation it comes from. I feel like Danny phantom animated movie and college years will fit well with netflix. The obv answer for the college years is that all the kids that grown up with danny phantom are probably young adults and having that relatabilitiy with some mature stories will reel in a lot of audiences, or it can be an animated movie about their college years if a show is too much. People love the characters and will love to watch a story in an age were shows like gravity falls, steven universe are popular.

Danny phantom is the most impactive cartoon in my life. The cartoon is one of the few things that i remember when i was 2 or 3 years old. This cartoon is great and i have great memories from it( i am brazillian so my english isnt the best)

Danny Phantom was such an underrated show that, much like the Clone Wars, deserves at least one last season to tie it all off and give it the sendoff it deserves.
I still actively rewatch Danny Phantom and I still love how relevant it is to today. Danny's humor is so unique and that show introduced so many interesting concepts to me young impressionable mind and I seriously will never be able to remove that from my personality XD I would love to see it come back but I want it down well.

@@dhawkgaming4001 honestly the way Ben 10 did it was fine. Its not unwatchable and some of the designs are objectively bad (mainly Stinkfly) but its still a pretty solid show. A lot of the older aliens are actually designed better and while it does focus more on comedy, there is still a story. Vilgax is a better character and there are episodes that feel like they belong with classic Ben 10 like the Omni-tricked episodes.
Hulk in Glasses yeah not for me, I preferred the older ones in style and the way the story/episodes were done. I’m also way too killed on the art style, because everyone keeps doing it and it’s now just ugly/unappealing now. So any shows that copy the Go Style as I call it, they are instantly trash to me.
An animated series, perhaps handled like ATLA? Darker themes are there but its aged towards everyone, especially children. Perhaps takes place in 2020? But a reboot would be cool!

That's a great idea. Maybe they could pick up where they left off, but have an episode "power hour", sort of a 2 or 3 part-er, where Danny sees his future. Here's what I think should happen: Danny is slowly becoming paranoid about Dark Dan coming back. He goes to Clockwork, who tells him not to worry, and shows him and his future self.(Essentially, he good version of his future.) Danny is still paranoid, because he keeps seeing signs of Dark Dan everywhere. I don't know what these signs would be. I'm just spit-balling. He then decides to go into the future, but he goes to the wrong time, a.k.a "The College Years". From there, I don't know. Lol.
I would love to see this come back! I was just a couple months old when this show ended, and I wish I was like, a kid when the show was still coming out. It’s one of my fav shows now and I just finished the actual show ( put it off because I knew I would be sad that no more new episodes). It would be cool to see Nick come back with the original art style too, but in his college years, since it takes a while to study to be a astronaut
David and Grey would be so happy to reprise their roles. The animation and art style should definitely stay the same. Honestly, a majority of the live-action movies recently haven’t done as well as we hoped, so stick with the cartoon. Also, I’m unaware if you discussed this before, but if you didn’t, did Vlad actually die from the disasteroid in the finale? I kinda doubt he did, but his fate was undetermined, at least by me.

Danny Phantom has a lot of potential to expand the story. We all want to see a more mature Danny Phantom in his decisions, I understand that everything is managed monetaryly, so if he is in the position to make a continuation through a serious film to contemplate the popular or the rating. Hartman your drawing style is unique and let's be realistic, you'll be able to highlight the drawing style of today's cartoons.
Austin Morrison well he did write the show and had say and what was animated so it should be as good as long as they don’t change the animation style or repeat the storylines and finally get Sam and Danny to actually become a couple

The only thing with a continuation is since his identity is revealed the show might be a lot less interesting. That happened with Ben 10 and the rest of the show was completely lacking in "normal life" segments. I still want to see Danny go through regular stuff so he doesn't lose his relatability.

Alex Walker dude everyone of the shows is getting re done and they make a cartoonish style the only one that’s been good currently is we bare bears or some like that it was actually entertaining all others or so weird I don’t know why they changed it so much
@@dhawkgaming4001 honestly the way Ben 10 did it was fine. Its not unwatchable and some of the designs are objectively bad (mainly Stinkfly) but its still a pretty solid show. A lot of the older aliens are actually designed better and while it does focus more on comedy, there is still a story. Vilgax is a better character and there are episodes that feel like they belong with classic Ben 10 like the Omni-tricked episodes.
Hulk in Glasses yeah not for me, I preferred the older ones in style and the way the story/episodes were done. I’m also way too killed on the art style, because everyone keeps doing it and it’s now just ugly/unappealing now. So any shows that copy the Go Style as I call it, they are instantly trash to me.
I want you to deal with Netflix so I can get a 10 years later or at least college years Danny TV-14 style. It can be animated. i love a good cartoon

An animated series, perhaps handled like ATLA? Darker themes are there but its aged towards everyone, especially children. Perhaps takes place in 2020? But a reboot would be cool!

I’ve been a huge fan of Danny Phantom since 2004. It is still the greatest show of Nickelodeon! I hope it does come back. I want to see Danny And Sam going to prom, team Phantom graduating high school, new villains, old villains and most importantly Dark Danny!

And he still has to face off against his main rivals bring into it a continues future thats kind of shown with evil danny but him still a hero obviously. Theres so much that can be done with the ghost zone

I really want Danny Phantom to come back for more episodes! I'm still sad that Dani still hasn't been adopted into the Fenton family yet! Plus, I want the new seasons to lead right into those Ten Years Later arcs that Butch was planning years ago.
That's a great idea. Maybe they could pick up where they left off, but have an episode "power hour", sort of a 2 or 3 part-er, where Danny sees his future. Here's what I think should happen: Danny is slowly becoming paranoid about Dark Dan coming back. He goes to Clockwork, who tells him not to worry, and shows him and his future self.(Essentially, he good version of his future.) Danny is still paranoid, because he keeps seeing signs of Dark Dan everywhere. I don't know what these signs would be. I'm just spit-balling. He then decides to go into the future, but he goes to the wrong time, a.k.a "The College Years". From there, I don't know. Lol.
I would love to see this come back! I was just a couple months old when this show ended, and I wish I was like, a kid when the show was still coming out. It’s one of my fav shows now and I just finished the actual show ( put it off because I knew I would be sad that no more new episodes). It would be cool to see Nick come back with the original art style too, but in his college years, since it takes a while to study to be a astronaut

The animation and art style should definitely stay the same. Honestly, a majority of the live-action movies recently haven’t done as well as we hoped, so stick with the cartoon. Also, I’m unaware if you discussed this before, but if you didn’t, did Vlad actually die from the disasteroid in the finale? I kinda doubt he did, but his fate was undetermined, at least by me.

Danny Phantom has a lot of potential to expand the story. We all want to see a more mature Danny Phantom in his decisions, I understand that everything is managed monetaryly, so if he is in the position to make a continuation through a serious film to contemplate the popular or the rating. Hartman your drawing style is unique and let's be realistic, you'll be able to highlight the drawing style of today's cartoons.
I swear if Danny Phantom doesn’t come back as a quality reboot or continuation, somebody really will be a ghost.
Austin Morrison well he did write the show and had say and what was animated so it should be as good as long as they don’t change the animation style or repeat the storylines and finally get Sam and Danny to actually become a couple

The only thing with a continuation is since his identity is revealed the show might be a lot less interesting. That happened with Ben 10 and the rest of the show was completely lacking in "normal life" segments. I still want to see Danny go through regular stuff so he doesn't lose his relatability.

I'm 13 and when I watched Danny Phantom I loved it since the first theme intro, I really want it to come back even though I wasn't born when it came out
I have thought about this so much and I have thought up episodes in my head I really want an animated series of Danny , Sam , tucker , jazz , and Valerie go to college it would be so cool you explore Danny and Sam’s relationship since they’d be dating also tucker being mayor and also Val knowing Danny’s secret hopefully she becomes closer friends with Danny, tucker, and Sam. Danny phantom the college years I think would be the best way to continue the show

It would definitely a "spooktacular" time to watch our Amity Park defenders go through and come out of every situation they must. I do know that Martin Mull was Vlad Plasmias and Tara Strong was Penelope Spectra. Another interesting and entertaining video. Stay safe and keep doing what you're doing!

It’s nice to see an animator and get to know them like this. We can see how much you clearly love your work. Sometimes I think cartoons in general come off very corporate at times but your explanation makes sense. Danny Phantom is still a great show. Thanks for all the laughs. Ps: I love Tucker. If Nickelodeon ever considers reviving some of Butch Hartman’s Nicktoons, they should bring him and the crew who worked on his shows to work on the revivals
