I hope because of the advancement of technology, The Irish flute makers will create the (Alto, Tenor, Baritone (Contralto), Bass, and Contrabass etc) flutes in a serpentine style with low G footjoints made out of 3D printing or Blackwood. They’ll use simple fingerings and ornaments. They’ll have swan neck horizontal embouchures and headjoints. They will be held vertically. Boehm-system versions of these instruments will also be available. The most common of these will be the tenor size (an octave below the standard D flute)!!!! It’ll be innovative!! They’ll be called serpent flutes!!!!
@@Wormaster look at 9 second in WRONG then 18seconds and the big GULP..WRONG ..Then 21 seconds, again 34 seconds..then 42 ..it's all wrong..he has not sat down and worked outy the correct breathing rhythm for the tune ..sorry ? who's the clown ?
@@colinstewart6367 you are absolutely the clown. We're all on a journey here, and nowhere did he ask for feedback. You gotta think about whether it's a video of a guy playing incorrect breathing patterns, or if it's a guy disseminating a very interesting and rich tradition to 12,000 people that can't tell the difference. Regardless of intent, posting unsolicited criticism on a small creator that has obviously put countless hours into this skill comes across very egotistical. Hence 🤡
The low register comes out very well on that flute.
You play very professional. I can really hear the Irish ☘️ overtones. Best I’ve heard in a while. Thank you
Thank you for your kind words, Linda!
