      Il n'y a pas que le départ avant les autre qui est considéré comme un "faux-départ", il y a aussi la pression appliquée sur les starting block. Ces pressions sont analysées pour voir quand l'impulsion du sprinter a commencé.
      L'athlète ne soit mettre aucune pression sur les blocks avant le coup de feu.

      Dieu Donné tu dit ''il n'y a pas que le départ avant les autres qui fait office de faux départ'' mais c'est faux. En aucun cas on discalifie un sprinteur car il a eu un meilleur temps de réaction que les autres.... le faux départ n'est pas une affaire de comparaison... en sprint il n'y a en réalité qu'une seule façon de faire un faux départ.. ce qu'il faut retenir, c'est que ce n'est pas simplement le fait de partir avant les 100 millième qui vous donne un faut départ, mais simplement le fait de faire bouger un peu les start avec vos jambes tremblantes, rien qu'une minuscule pression de 100gr sur les bloc déclenche le faut départ

    • @elielibong1617
      @elielibong1617 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Elodie Lefebvre heu....tu dis exactement la même chose. si tu est partie avant les 100 millièmes de secondes,c'est que tu as effectué une pression sur les starting block avant les 100 millièmes de secondes...par contre tu peux très bien effectuer une pression sur les block sans pour autant partir,ce qui vaudra toujours une disqualification si cela c'est fait à 100 millièmes de secondes après le coup de feu du starter...oui car les sprinter ne sont en général pas disqualifiés parce qu'ils sont partis avant le coup de feux,mais plutôt parce qu'il sont partis certe après le coup de feux,mais le temps de réaction qu'ils ont eu est humainement impossible,le temps que l'information arrive au cerveau puis que le cerveau donne l'ordre de aux muscles,il est impossible pour un homme de partir a 100 millièmes de secondes après le coup de feux du starter. ..

    • @lionelrose6361
      @lionelrose6361 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Pour partir vite tous les athlètes poussent dans les starts avant et pendant les 100 millième de seconde, Les chercheurs ont de plus calculé que Bolt avait une puissance maximale de 2.619,5 watts après seulement 0,89 seconde de course.
      C'est le fait de relâcher ou de "tamponner" les blocks qui donne un faux départ.
      C'est la différence de poussée de quelques kilos dans les blocs à peu près une tonne et le relâchement prématuré ou non qui font la différence au départ.

      They get 3 major titles every 4 years; 2 Worlds and 1 Olympics. There had already been a false start and under the new rules at the time any break after that is out. No ifs, buts, or maybes. Asafa Powell was also eliminated here, and he never won a major title in his career apart from relays despite holding the world record for several years and breaking 10 sec more times than any human in history. Spare a thought for him. Drummond never won anything at the world level apart from 2 relays either, and he wouldn't have won this he was years past his prime and his career PB was only 9.92. Regardless of all that his behaviour here is completely unacceptable. He disrespects the sport, the judges, his competitors, his team, his country, and the crowd. Funny though!

      @truefunksoul8638 5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Maybe not but he moved within a physically impossible time to hear the gun then react; that's measurable and he got a jump on it, so it's a false start. It's not like there's some judge doing it with the naked eye, the sensor in his blocks detected him moving too fast. He didn't break as clearly as Powell who was beside him but he broke, and that's why they were both disqualified. It was a new rule about disqualifying anyone who broke in a restart which came in that year, then it was changed back in 2009 because slower guys were tactically breaking on purpose in the initial start to put pressure on the faster guys in the restart not to break.

      Manuel Alejandro Ramírez Ambrosio well, there's been an athlete from finland who was put on test and, his nervous system was monitored and he was able to react in between 0.08 and 0.1 seconds. This made the scientist formulate a theory about muscles "receiving" the wave sounds directly instead of receiving the stimulus only with the hearing system, altohugh this theory couldn't be totally explained. this finnish athlete was able to legally react in very litle less than 0.1 seconds. so we can say it's just almost possible, but very, very rare. and , as you see in the video drummond didn't move before the sound. which, could be a case of super fast reaction, as this finnish athlete

    Just because he believes he "didn't move" before the gun does not mean he didn't false start. The system measures how soon after the gun does the runner apply foot pressure on the blocks. You can apply pressure on the blocks with your feet before any other part of the body moves.
    If pressure is sensed on any of the blocks less then 0.1 seconds after the gun , a false start is given to each runner who broke that time limit.
    The reasoning is that no human can react to the gun faster than 0.1 seconds after hearing it. It takes at least 0.1 seconds for the brain to "hear" the gun and then command the muscles to react. So the logic is , if the sensors in the blocks sense pressure in less than 0.1 seconds after the gun, the runner did not react to the gun but instead "jumped" the gun, ie: the runner anticipated when the gun would sound..
    Imo, they should not false start a runner as long as the runner put pressure on the blocks after the gun. How close to "after" the gun shouldn't matter as long as it's AFTER the gun.
    If you want to take luck out of the equation and prevent runners from getting an advantage by "guessing" when the gun will sound, then don't always fire the gun at the same interval after the "get set" command is given. Use arbitrary intervals within fair limits.
    For those thinking that each runner should be given one false start.
    Several reasons why they had to scrap that past procedure but the main one was that if each runner got one false start you could end up taking an hour on every race just to get the race started. Knowing you get one false start gives a runner great incentive to "jump" the gun in the hopes of getting away with it . No penalty if it doesn't work out.

      @@davidkoczo2166 Clear as mud. Nice try but a quick check of the records shows that Powell ran the fastest heat time of 10.05 which he would have naturally improved on through the meet. Drummond ran 10.22 which was faster than only 13 of the other qualifiers for the 4 quarter finals (32 athletes total) so he was highly unlikely to even make the final. Powell was likely to have won it in 10 sec flat form, not that he necessarily would have with his poor major final record throughout his career but this was much more a missed opportunity for him than for a guy like Drummond who was usually about 3rd or 4th fastest American at major championships and never won anything individually, not even a US title. I'm just putting his petulant display into perspective, it's not like it was the final. For the record Powell reacted in 0.086 which is almost legit but Drummond's time of 0.052 to react is absolutely impossible.

    the system should change give each athlete 3 tries. if he jumps the gun 3 times then he cannot race what happens if everyone reacts too fast then everyone is disqualified and you have no race at all

    I'll admit the call was wrong. It was not a false start. However this is still disgraceful and disrespectful to the other athletes. I can certainly understand his frustration, but if any other country acted like that, American media would be all over it.

    @LiveAthletics he said why me because he was also in the 1996 olympics finals false start drama that linford christie refused to leave the track.. many people think if it wasnt for all that drama ato would be olympic champion and not Bailey..all the drama and waiting and hooplaw threw him off his game and he came 3rd.. he was definately the man to beat at that olympics

  • @lakesha171
    @lakesha171 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    asafa powell has a very fast start thats why it seemed like he false started. look at the reaction times and see that drummond was the one who budged first. it was not fair to asafa powell because even though the reaction time list shows him false starting. mr drummond was clearly the one who made the greater error so why did they remove them both. thats not fair

    There is fault on both sides here........Drummond for his behaviour, and the French for using a proffessional sports meet to test a new sonic starting system. It operates based on the theory that a human cannot react in less than 100 milliseconds. Drummond reacted in 52 milliseconds which means he guessed the start and got it right! The system does not allow for reactions less than the allotted time. Since then they have disposed of this system and implemented a digital one.

    Did you see that? They have the video recording and the sociopath is denying it. That's why you don't allow sociopaths to look good at people's expense. You make their sociopathy worse. You make them become more evil, more dastardly, and more corrupt. You make them learn to lie with detection and get better at covering up. They don't even know and understand what they're doing when they're making them look good at people's expense.

So he's entitled to his fit. He trained his whole life for this, sucks he got screwed.
