Mine runs like a champ! Do yourself a favor and get a DPM Systems recoil reduction kit for it ( Beretta 92 kit). I think you will be even more impressed with it!
I’d like to know how interchangeable the parts are with genuine m9 parts… like barrels and such. gun looks like it’s worth it for 300 bucks! Great review.

I don't mind the PT 92. Not a bad gun. The Girsan I shot (actually every Girsan that'll I have shot) was a jam-a-matic . Thanks for watching.
I am a beretta fanboy and love my girsan as well. Learned to do that in the 90s when we ran across a batch of Llama 1911s that were made better than expected. Modded them into competition guns for cheap since the pistols were only $175. Send in the clones!
Yeah, there once was a time when clones were almost always inferior. Nowadays there are quite a few companies making clones that are actually much better than their price tags would suggest. Thanks for watching !

Very good review. I could not agree with you more the Melik is an outstanding weapon. I too have had experience and owned the M9 / 92FS platform, the Melik is pretty much a 1 for 1 exact clone. I bought one before all of the hoopla a while back, I was so impressed I bought another. I can also confirm Beretta parts are so far are 100% compatible as I have changed out several. The only thing I do not like is how the right ambi safety lever is attached. They drill one big hole and attach it with an oversized roll pin. Beretta uses 2 small roll pins, not only is it way cleaner it also prevents the lever from coming loose wiggling side to side scratching the slide and causing it to stick. This is one of the parts that I changed, now it is correct. Who knows maybe when I grow up vendors will start sending me some free firearms to review 😊.

I bough the black model for $275 all in, transfer everything, on GB when I first saw it. I thought this is a cheap turd, buy hey I'm going to see, worst case I sell it in the local auction. Well, I got it in hand and went through carefully and was so impressed I bought two more to "put away". I love the 92 safety decocker, it's not for everyone but I think its the best design ever made. Quality weapon even for $350+ like I see them now. Excellent video, Peace.
Yeah, I'm 350 rounds into it and no issues so far . I am going to put a DPM Systems recoil spring / guide rod in it though. Only because I really like DOM Systems products. Thanks for watching!

I got that exact model a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! BUT the mag release button is extremely hard to engage. Did you find that?

berettas are great but pricey bought all mine used I will not fault you over girsan mine work great but as with anything nothing is perfect and i have heard for some being taken care of was good others it sucked I would like to check out if you have a video on the girsan issue and what the problems are
I have 2 videos on the Girsan the initial video and one after it came back from the factory. I might also add that Honest Outlaw and The Gun Collective had the same issues that I did. When you watch mine, keep in mind that I actually fired over 600 rounds through it with just about every kind of ammo you could think of . You can find the videos in my Turkish Pistols playlist. not really into girsan 1911s but honest outlaw did give glowing report on his girsan 92 MCBX but a am not surprised no matter the manufacturer we expect quality and reliability for a new gun and too many times its not there
Where do you get that gun for 300.00. Even the all black one is 330.00 but the two tone in the video is 430.00.
Unfortunately,that was a short lived sale. However, the Sportsmans Warehouse has an incredible buy one get one free sale going on. Buy a Melik get a DY9. 😁

Because you have to go where the audience is. The audience is at TH-cam,not Rumble. Several big Guntubers have explored the possibility but it's not viable at this time. The only platform right now that would be remotely feasible is X. Perhaps Mr.Musk should buy TH-cam 🤔
