Nice video, Dear Jasmine. I love it when you take me for a walk around your city. I would like you to tell the people you meet next time that in Mexico they have a person who admires Ghanaians. Tell them I send a big hug to everyone. Especially for you my beautiful girl. From Mexico 🇲🇽 to Ghana 🇬🇭
Yeah the necessities, fruits, vegetables, plants, nuts, seeds, baskets, cartons, boxes, bags, containers, & multiple other carriers over there are great to have
Oh yes, the adventures of Queen Bliss. "The Calm In The Storm" see how she made it in and out of the chaos of the Makola Market. TBC lol. Thanks for sharing my beautiful friend. Be Blessed.
Hey! Jasmine I salute your bravery --- Makola is difficult for the reason you said. People dislike being photographed and it's very uncomfortable for the photographer. I think you should have taken Aisha with you. Never the less, I'm glad you're back in Ghana, it becomes you.
Yayyy finally some local content lol. The UK, matter of fact, all of the diaspora, is so cringe lol BTW you sound like me when I explain 😂😂...I be like, I'm Jamaican, my dad's from Clarendon, my mom's from SaintE, but I was born abroad. Sometimes they be sounding disappointed 🙄 until they realize I know Jamaica very well and hear I grew up there when I was younger 😑
I love roasted plantain, especially with roasted peanuts. I want to go to Ghana. I remember one of the ways you know if the skirt or trousers is your size to put it round one's neck. Well done. You're a motivation
Welcome back glad to see you in London even though you seem not to have enjoyed it as much but understand considering the luxury location you have experience. You doing great the beads where awesome welcome back
You made it through to the end in one piece Jasmine!👍🏾 I'll be like a deer in headlights in that marketplace 😀...even relatively tame supermarkets where we don't get similar crowds give me the heebie jeebies lol. That place was buzzing!!
Jasmine when are you gonna showcase your mum's Hometown of Abetifi .I understand there's a Stoneage Park depicting life 1000yrs Watching from Sydney Australia
I heard the term "su-su" That term is used in Jamaica and its a term for saving : or susu (ˈsuːsuː ) Caribbean. an arrangement made among friends whereby each person makes regular contributions to a fund, the money being drawn out periodically by each individual in turn. " My guy with the jeans, he should walk with tape measure please!
It’s so amazing about what you said about susu. This is a well known term in Ghana concerning contributions. Having it in Jamaica means our ancestors were doing the susu many centuries ago. I heard the word susupon in one of Bob Marley’s songs a long time ago and it got me wondering if it got any links with the word susu.
You did good Jasmine. I love a good shopping trip, seeing what all the Vendors have to offer. I see so many things, I wish I was there to purchase some of the items I saw. Now you must tell me since I couldn’t tell what is the difference between a Nigerian accent and a Ghana accent ? My DNA mostly Nigerian, but Ancestry DNA recently did an update on my DNA and of my African roots, found out some ancestors were from the Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon, Congo, western Bantu, Benin and Togo and Senegal. Mostly West Africa. It’s strange to know you have connections to a place you never been. When I watch TH-cam Videos from certain places in Africa, I feel a strong yearning, connection, like I should be there, that is my Home. Thank you for taking the time to record and share your Videos with us. 🙏🙂

OMG, Ama...that market was sooo chaotic! As usual, you handled yourself well! Ama, you are so frugal! Isaac is selling designer jeans for only six bucks, USD. And you gave him a fit, at that price! When I'm ready to purchase a home in Community 12, I am taking you along as my negotiator! Haha!
,, "and everyone is watching" Well, considering this vid has almost 3k views within hours, the market is bound to be sparsely populated in comparison to your channel 💪👀👍 But yeah, that did look quite dense though. Now I know to save markets for weekdays 😛
So now you'll have to let us know if you ever did get jeans from Isaac🤔 I'm with him: no white jeans, they *always* get dirty. You looked exhausted getting into the taxi😆

With more youtubers, cameras going there they'd become less "hostile"

@Jackie yeah you got the susu right 😊 same meaning in GH
Susu means exactly the same in Ghana.
Susu means savings

@ Frank
Susu pon mi as used in Bob’s song would mean some body gossiping about him.
