I am getting white on the edges of my lables sometimes even pulling the design over

Hey there! How is the crispness of the edges, fonts, imported images, etc? Does it print thin fonts well? Thicker fonts? How is the alignment of the design to the label at printing, is there any offset, aka waste from the design not fitting on the label correctly? TY

Do you ever have issues with it printing blank? Ours has a fresh cartridge it runs the job but no ink comes out

Yes, I have had this issue. The heads need to be cleaned. I called Tech Support and they walked me through it. I am going to do an update on this printer and issues I've had since this video. Tech Support has been wonderful helping me every time I have had any issues.
