I lived/worked in Thailand for many years and I think I can say I know the country and its people quite well. I even learned to speak the Thai language. Like every country, Thailand has its good and bad points. And, it's one of the top ten tourist destinations in the world. You have visited Myanmar and I encourage you to go there again and travel to other places outside Yangon. You will find the people of Myanmar are so welcoming and very kind and hospitable, especially to foreigners. Unlike Thailand, it is not tourist oriented so very much authentic and traditional.
