Liogi Kai (A Prayer for the food)
This liogi (Prayer) is sung to give thanks to our Lord God for the food he provides us to nourish our Tino (body). This liogi is commonly taught at Niuean pre-schools and kids usually sing it before every meal.
If singing in the morning simply use, "Pogipogi mitaki nei"
If singing in the evening use, "Afiafi mitaki nei".
