This is the most balanced take Ive seen. If you dont like something you actually explain why without lying lol
I think Kendricks tracks is having a bigger impact on people emotionally and culturally and that’s why I have him winning every round. I think this just depends on how you grade it.
I also think we have to remember that these men have known each other 13 years and we don’t know them at all.
This is what the culture need
You not lying, I had dudes defending stuff as if they were their lawyers and it was just very disturbing conversations. Especially when you realize that none of these rappers cares about the guy in the comment trying to defend them. Another thing I'm glad Kendrick did in this beef, eliminate that whole idea of "you're on the clock" I think in future beefs we won't say that anymore because if someone starts dropping every day or responding instantly, then it's like oh we need to slow down. Let's eliminate the timing of response to some degree, eliminate the drama and gossip. Let's just stick to skill. In battle rap, to some degree, people don't care if the tea or news is true, it's about how it's delivered. That's why I have Kendrick winning this one personally.

Revisiting Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers clearly shows Kenny acknowledging his flaws. Where he messed up, why Whitney "bounced" (DA claim by Drake), why he needs to be the father he writes bars on in the the last diss track. All through a narrative of generational trauma and it's affects. So that takes ammo out of the sting Drake's latest diss has.
Drake with the brilliant The Heart Part 6 title of the diss track, actually stumbles on himself IMHO. Use of double negatives (sigh, you protest to much good sir), not reading Kenny's last album/track correctly (lack of media literacy or laziness), and putting up his relationship with Bobby... all seems defensive, and a symptom of a gaslighter.
The atrocious allegations Kenny puts to Drake are what the streets have been speculating for a decade. Now it's just consolidated and made raw.
