Fair play to you Ronan. Please keep tge channel going, there is so much more to this great island's culture you can share with the world. You're a legend
I love old hand skills. I was a machinist for 22 years. I started in my first machine shop as shop helper worked my way up to a old manual machine's and worked my way up to CNC machine's . My grandfather was a shipwright in the ship yards building ships in world warII. I wish I had of gotten his hand made tool chest and tools. He thought me many skills with my hands as a kid and young adult. These skills need to be thoroughly recorded and talked to the next generation so we don't lose them. Once skills like this are lost they are gone forever. Love the work keep it up. Kris
As I kid I use to think the caravans were so romantic. But in retrospect they must have been freezing in the winter (even with the fire) with no insulation and the canvas roof could be so easily damaged.
You've a terrible bad habit of not replying to any of the comments on your videos. It would make a huge difference to your channel if you put a little bit of effort in in doing so .
He's worked in broadcasting for a long time he's probably worked out at this stage if he wants to get down in the weeds with comment sections or not. It involves interacting with a fair few cranks which not everybody has an appetite for.
Beautiful work in such an unforgiving medium. I can't imagine how he does that, even as I see it before my eyes. Thank you Ronan!

@@ShapeyFiend That's a lame excuse. Surely he'd have enough about him to answer his critics. Or no?
Hi “Tearitloose”, sorry I missed your question, what was it? Ronan
@@RonanKellysIreland in your "Nobby Dunne" video somebody asked what was the music at 5:16 ... cheers.
@@tearitloosetearitloose4670 Thanks for pointing that out to me. I've replied there. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to the question.
