Dear, I have a problem and I need to know how to solve it please: Grohe Smart Control Perfect Shower No matter how I install the blue knob, when it comes to regulating the water to be able to mix the cold water with the hot water, it cannot do so. either it comes out very cold, or it comes out very hot. It is impossible to regulate it to a warm nice temperature. Could you tell me what the problem would be and, if applicable, the spare part that I should replace to buy it. Thank you
The plumbers who installed mine have it set a little too far back into the wall. so the stems that come off the temp and diverter valves only make about 1/8inch contact with the cuff on the back of the knobs. Because of this, too much stress has been put on the tip of those plastic cuffs and the back of the diverter broke. So now, it's will freely spin instead of engaging the actual valve. Is there any way to pull the entire fixture forward more? Or is there some extensions I can buy for the valve stems?
To bad your India call center was no help. Missing 1 long brass screw. called... can i get one... We had training on this and 3 is ok...AH NO! can i get one mailed?...NO!.. you will have to send the hole unit back... I hung up ... I'M SCREWED... THANKS

Best video on the Grotherm! I found the included instructions on the top knob pointing 2 or 6 o'clock was very cryptic, this cleared everything!
