I loved everything about this home - but what struck me the most is how bright and pretty the background is and how it highlights the primitives. Though I know it is preferred by many collectors, I myself don't gravitate to the the super grungy look that some primitive style homes have. This is so reminiscent of the 1980s style of country - lots of blues and beautiful collections highlighted by a traditional setting that is light filled and beautiful. Homeowners thank you for a wonderful tour of your beautiful home. I think you alone may be responsible for the high price of stoneware since you have cornered the market on it so to speak - haha. Bridgett thank you so much for the ongoing high quality videos. They transport me with their eye candy set to that glorious music.

Wow what a truly wonderful home, so many old and useful pieces from days gone by, some of these things would still be useful today if we just did not prefer "the easy " things we have now.Congratulations to the home owners for preserving the past. I am from Australia and there are still objects like these to be found here as well.
This is a perfect example of how old furniture and antique items can blend in so well in a contemporary setting. The colours of the rooms are beautiful! It's such a relaxing, calm home. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing x

Wow there is so much to love in this home. ALL the CROCKS are unbelievable one prettier than the next! Love all the painted pieces and especially the blue. They must have collected before the “primitive look” became a thing. Truly a magnificent home. It’s nice to see a newer home decorated in prim fashion. You’re really traveling Bridget! Safe travels!

Is it a treasure when it has such a heart warming story behind it? I think yes. I do not believe I have ever seen such an outstanding private collection of stoneware. And to that I must add the beautiful blue pantry boxes. And I might add the display of children's clothing. And I might add the wonderful old baskets. Getting the picture? Need I say more?
