@@jeanp.1303 It is called a Mokai, a 'Motorized Kayak'. Go to Chigg's video list and put into search 'My Motorized Mokai Kayaks | Aquachigger'. Mrs Chigg has one as well and there is a video of them racing up a Potomac Creek to a bridge and back. It is jet powered by a Subaru engine..
Wow all the phones you found an none of them were yours. I hate that you lost your phone in the river. I know it happens. At least you've got another one on the way. Im sure if you look long enough you will find it. Great video on the river hunt. Good luck on retrieving it chigg. 😁👍👍
Went solo hiking out on a secluded trail, found a waterfall, slipped on a wet rock, landed flat on my hip, dropped my phone and fell into a deep swimming hole. Had gotten the phone 2 weeks prior, after replacing my phone of 4 years. Could’ve been much worse, but it definitely sucked 😂- especially the 4 mile uphill hike back with soggy boots
Remember that day when turned the boat and headed for shore for a nature call… that’s where it is great video and clean up of one mother earths artery’s thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
I was kayaking on the ocean in Maine with a friend. Went into the bay and stopped at an island to kick back and relax. Had my brand new by 2 weeks prescription sun glasses with me. When we landed on the island i took them off and put them in the kayak. After resting we decided to head back as the tide was coming in. Finally made it back to the pier and we were getting our kayaks out and i realized the sunglasses were not on my face. Remembered i had taken them off at the island and put them in the kayak i went back to search inside the bottom of the kayak with no luck. My heart sank. New expensive prescription sunglasses in the ocean gone. Tide coming in. My friend searched with no luck. She called her husband who was out fishing on his boat. He came in and picked us up and brought us to the island. Searched everywhere where we were sitting then moved into the water to search. Friend found them out in waist deep water lodged against a rock in the water! Thank god. I still have them glasses and they still have the shallow scratches on them from when the tide pulled them and lodged them against the rock. That all happened in 2003. Dang i am so glad the water was crystal clear even though the tide was coming in. After all this is Maine lol. Nothing is impossible!
@@aquachigger You deserve every penny of support I can give. Your videos have gotten me through some difficult personal times and I just want to show my appreciation.
My son lost his phone when he was a river raft guide in West Virginia. I was not a happy camper when he charged a replacement to my Visa card. I don't think he (or any of his siblings) will let that happen again...an expensive lesson for sure.
As a resident of Maryland (Frederick County) I love to see our state represented in these beautiful videos. Rivers, caves, mountains, and ocean beaches...we got it all!
A pair of Solar Shield polarized sunglasses would be helpful seeing through the glare on the surface of the water. I can't believe how many phones you found! Crazy. ✌
So odd. I went river treasure hunting yesterday on the Anahulu River in Haleiwa after my 2 kids lost their phones in waterproof non floating bags. I rented a weight belt and fins and cruised up and down back and forth grid style. Never saw them. Scared two big green 🐢' s. Then got notice I won a Garrett Apex metal detector from you supposedly. Guy wanted me to send him $100 for shipping! I saw some comments on your site and verified the douchebag was indeed impersonating you in order to rip off people. Great strenuous dive. Wholly inspired by your river treasure TH-cam vids. Today's was perfect. Thank you! Mahalo nui Loa!
My goodness, to be so beautiful around the water , beautiful trees. How can anything live in that water , with so much trash. Wow , do people not care ? Sad , You be careful out there Chigg!
There's a thing out now that would greatly assist you while looking into the water called polarized sunglasses . Might I suggest the Solar Shield glasses from Walmart at about $16.00 . The amber / brownish lens work very well .
You are so fortunate to have water that is as clear as you have. Where I live the river is muddy most of the year when it isn’t frozen. Only clean about 2 months of the year and raging with current. Love your videos keep em coming
PRO TIP for chig an the rest of us. VELCRO!! Put velcro on back of phone case and anywhere you want to put it. On dash of truck. On boat. In back of camper shell. It always sticks and is there!
Im not sure if u have an iphone or if someone already said this but if you have it enabled you can use “find my iphone” from another device and it will pin point your phones location within a reasonable search radius, maybe a couple hundred feet.
Waterproof plus a Lime or Bright Yellow case helps for all the water activities you do. Hey do more vids like this!! It was great seeing all the stuff in the crystal clear water.... My scuba club has done shore clean ups... All those tires.... That River deserves a clean up day!
Hey Chigg, if you really want to return that iPhone (I know I would thank my lucky stars if it were me, I don’t backup my pictures), try to use Siri and say “call mom”, or dad, or grandma or whoever. That’s the only way I know of to find a phone’s owner when you can’t get in it. Also, been watching you for years! Thank you for sharing with us! Best of luck finding your phone, if you need some info off it I believe there are people that can retrieve stuff from certain waterlogged phones
Polarized sunglasses, Chigg! they're my secret weapon when I'm trout fishin' .. you can see right through the glare and see deeper into the water. I can spot fishes and my friends cant see them at all. might help with the search!
When I was around 16, I was out at night goofing and running around with friends in a 2 acre entirely grass backyard. Contact lenses were expensive and didn’t fit as well then, and my one contact popped out in the middle of the yard. Couldn’t see anything so I went inside and grabbed a flashlight. Unfortunately there was dew on the grass and I thought it was a waste of time. I went back to the area where I thought it was, and found it sitting on a blade of grass in less than 2 minutes. You can find a needle in a haystack.
Thanks Chigg. Ever wear polarized sunglasses? They’re great for looking into the water because they take the glare off the water. They maybe my most favorite and needed item when I’m in my kayak looking at underwater creatures and possible treasures.
I guess after finding all that lost treasure over the years, Mother Nature had a discussion with Neptune and they swiped your phone. Further, it’s a shame someone thought it was a good idea to put tires in the water. Only fish, critters and Chigg belong in the water.
All the hoover boys should get equal pay metal detecting. Plus promotion for Separate channels. Bottles, arrowheads, estate sales or whatever they are into. They all deserve it.

Did you try to ping it from another phone or pad? If it was on you should be able to get an idea of your path and location on the river when it shut off.
I don't know about other brands but iPhone has a gps locater. So if Lindsay had an iPhone, she could look up where your iPhone is and you could track it down that way. I think it's accurate up to 3m. But you probably already know that.
Just one of those days, eh, Chig? I was looking at that long stretch of river thinking, there is no way he's gonna find that phone. But then I remembered, if anyone can find it, Chig can. LOL
Chigg have u ever considered searching for megaladon teeth? I have before and they are usually in creeks like the ones u find all your old era treasure in.
I was in a river cleanup team some five or six years ago. I think that by the time were done, a month and a half later, we pulled out something like six European van-truck beds worth of tires from something like 60 or 70 meters of river. It's insane just how lazy and %@#$@ some people are. It's only a little bit more extra effort to take the tire to a dump at least there it's contained.

Sorry to hear you lost your phone Chigg! That said, wow, that river is in dire need of a major clean up project!
Chiggs I’d say you you had your 3 bad lucks happen, your pick, your phone, and your boat throttle. Better bring home flowers for Lindsey😀
Aquachigger IS the river janitor today!
Awsome as usual chigg ♥️👍🙏😏✌️
Sorry to hear about your phone Chigg! At least you cleaned up the river a bit by taking all those other ones out!
Amazing how observant you are. See stuff no one else would.
That’s what treasure hunting does to you. You learn to take nothing for granted, even the rocks.
There is a happy Beaver with a camera now😉👍🏻

Kinda saddens me that just under the surface of such a beautiful river, is all that nasty garbage. sigh

Im glad it was'nt worse, Mr. Ricky! Stay safe out there! Blessings,Fran
You need a floating phone case! Or something to attach to your phone that floats for when you’re out there!
If that hasn't been invented already, you should get on it. That's a good idea.
I cannot believe how many phones you find or how many folks lose phones in the river. Crazy!

You know Chigg, losing things is something commonly associated with getting older. 🤣. ✌🏼❤️
Chiggs 😅👌🤘👍🏼🍺always attach a bright coloured float to phone when doing any water activity 👍🏼

I'm astonished that looking for your own phone you found 5 or 6 other phones. That's crazy.
