Very nice collection of cars. Looks like a Ford section of a classic car show.

Not my preferred scale or type of vehicle; but you can't help but admire these models.
No, I've never heard of this brand.
So glad you kept the bumper falling off that '58 Edsel Citation in the video...some people would have edited it out. (Plus, it will come in handy if you do a bloopers video !)
    Thanks T !

The Taillight's of the Edsel are stunning.
    I like that Ford Edsel.
I was never told of that company.
    Have a nice weekend !

This company made cool castings in 1/32 scale, I have a couple Chevys. The close lines(lol), are actually referred to as shut lines in the auto industry. This scale has been around for a long time in plastic kits(snap together) and die casts, popular enough that Jada Toys still makes vehicles in roughly this size although with less features.
The National Motor Museum Mint has a huge catalog of castings of cars from the '20s -'70s. I think adding all the opening features and details made it less cost effective for what people were willing to pay to buy these, imho. 1/43 scale have better details and are more scale accurate without opening parts. The shut lines on 1/24 are better than 1/32 so if companies can make an affordable and nicely detailed 1/32 then it's just going to be "toy" size die cast.
Really enjoyed seeing this collection!!! Fair Lane was the name of Henry and Clara Ford's estate and in the late '50's a car was named after it! Edsel was Henry's son and convinced his dad to stop making the Model T, Edsel is the one that created the Model A that I absolutely love as a hot rod!!😉👍👍✌🇨🇦

On the revelation that the Fairlane (also a nameplate used for decades on Australian Ford’s luxury cruiser) was named after the Ford estate, my tiny mind almost ceased up. Thanks George, I’ll go to bed tonight slightly less stupid than I woke up this morning. 🍻👊🦘👍

1:32 scale, I think I only have 1. Some cool Fords! That is a sweet Fairlane Crown Victoria with that awesome glass roof! The bumper on that Edsel just needs some glue. The 62 T-Bird is my favorite out of 10 great models. Great show my friend!

Hi Tyrone, there are a few things I can help with here; but first I must say you inspired me enough that I bought some of these on ebay and quite like them. The 1924 Chevy milk truck has sliding doors and a double opening folding type hood (bonnet) with the hinge in the middle
Yes, an impressive 56 Plymouth's convertible boot cover came off but went right back on, held by a couple of drops of c/a glue. Just like new. They are very well detailed and hold their own against larger scales in some cases, and do seem sturdy overall. I don't think anyone need be scared of them. I didn't pay more than $12 US for any of the six I have so far. As for the company, the models are reported as being made by by companies like arko and hi-speed. The chassis on mine all are marked with a stylized " S" logo which seems to say "Signature" but even with a magnifying glass I can't be sure. NMMM then marketed them. My research shows that what seemed to end the die cast end of things was poor customer service. While some people had no complaints at all, others kept getting models they didn't order and were put into memberships they didn't sign up for. After sending models back and getting their money back, they were likely to get another car soon thereafter or get another bill. There were claims of fraud, which as a former prosecuting attorney doesn't make sense to me. Rather, it looks like they got in over their heads what with their monstrously large line of castings and a staff that was likely too small and lacked the tech savvy to handle single sales, plus multiple sales, and a complicated membership program with automatic deliveries, returns and exchanges. But whatever the case, we are left with several thousand good products on ebay alone, all with good detail, smooth, thick paint and sturdy opening pieces at very low (for what you get) prices. So, like you say, Tyrone, if you don't mind 1/32 scale, these are really nice little cars. And to me a much better deal than most premium 1/64 at the price. And this is coming from a matchbox man at heart! I have three more on order. Oh, and yes, Edsel was Henry's son and also responsible for the stylish 40 Ford coupe. His son Edsel is now a high official in the company. Also, while NMMM seems to have had trouble with the name, the 56 is officially known as a Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria. 👑

Thanks for the info, David. There are so many brands out there that I know little about. This seems like one that should have survived if management got things right. 🤷‍♂️

@@ultimatediecast1080 Tyrone, I think you hit the nail on the head! My mom used to get me a Franklin or Danbury mint car for me on my birthday. Yes, they were great; maybe not what I could build from a kit in 1/24 scale, but good. Now, these aren't far behind those other "mint" cars in that scale, and for a tenth of the price I don't know how you can go wrong, even if they are smaller scale. I love that you said they are colors of a happy time; they make me happy while almost all matchbox do too.
Yes, it just seems they innocently got in over their heads; a shame. Again, I thank you for all you review and show. You really make people happy and make the world a better place.

Moin from the Lighthouse end of the Elbe River...
Well... I haven't heard of the manufacturer yet and 1/32 is a rather unusual scale for die-cast.
(The usual scales are 1/25 and 1/18 in the bigger size)
But there are model railways in 1/32 and these gems fit in perfectly...😜😁
When I look at the models, I spontaneously think of
"Take me back to Yesterday once more "😎
    (0:19) '64 Galaxy 500 XL Fastback
"Two years older than me" but definitely better looking 🙄🤣👍🏼
    (3:38) '56 Fairlane "Crown"
You can clearly see the "classic space age" 👍🏼
Almost a "glass bubbletop" and everything looks a bit like "spaceship".... cool thing 😎
    (5:09) '55 Custom-line
Whether it really resembles a "Zephyr" now, I can't say....
But, in any case, it looks cool.
(At this point: great interior for all models. I always see something like this with one laughing 😁and one crying 😥eye.
The laughing for the exquisite workmanship and the crying....
I can't "rework" anything on it anymore. Everything is perfect 😎👍🏼)
    (6:40) '55 T-bird
Definitely an icon. I especially like the two-tone design of the seats.... JOU👍🏼
    (7:42) '58 Fairlane Town sedan
A road cruiser as it should be.
Blue jeans, rock'n roll and Elvis...
There's no better way to describe the lifestyle of the late 50s 😎
    (9:13) '63 Falcon Futura
Well... some men are born in the wrong century....
    (My favourite movie quote 😜)
Falcons are about as common here in Germany as fishing boats are in the outback 🤣)
    But it's cool 👍🏼.
BTW... Three Holdens here for sure, I know that. Two utes and a torana. The Commodore ute had a "jaunty round" on the "Nürburgring" circuit in 2016 and drove around the "Eifel" mountains, the Torana is owned by a dealer in the same area and was racing
(BROCKY's alive🙏🏼) and in the City of Dresden a ute was sold a year ago....
    (10:37) '58 Edsel Citation
A huge flop at the time, now a legendary classic. O Tepora mutantur (How times change😜)
    (12:23) '57 Skyline convertible
    Red and black... JOU
    Just my cuppa 😁👍🏼
(And again, that great interior with two-tone seats... yummy😜)
    (13:05) '46 Club convertible
I like these "Woodys" 😎 Very high maintenance in the original, but beautiful 😁👍🏼
    (14:28) '62 T-bird roadster
I could imagine roaring through Vegas in this one day...😁
    Classic, cool, sporty
(Which is more than I can say for myself 🤣)
    Just simply... JOU👍🏼
A great show and a nice way to end the weekend.
Thanks a lot for sharing T, definitely a thumbs up from me for that 👍🏼.
Stay safe and sound and keep up the good work, mate 😁
Greetings from the DCcoB on the North Sea shore 👋🏼
    😎👍🏼🇦🇺✌🏼🇩🇪👍🏼🤠

1/32 looks like an interesting scale.. big enough that opening parts seem to be a natural fit. They all look great, but the Tbird is my favourite there
