How long does it take to fill 1 bottle and does it just stop filling when the mapp bottle gets to its limit
I can give you a tip to make it safer. I fill up 400g of propane each time using a kitchen scale, full tank weigh 800 g. To speed up the process freeze empty tanks before filling.
Do you have to pull up on the safety valve? Like if I just connect the propane tanks together and then turn the knob to release the gas count to 5 and then shut the valve off. Do i have to use the safety valve and pull up on it?

Great video , I believe mapp has a small amount of acetylene in it to burn hotter for soldering etc.
Walmart doesn't have these anymore they claim their is propane shortage but yet they all have the other fat propane cans. Can you refill your tank at a refill station?

do you i know what the fitting is called or a size of the part on the map gas bottles? im thinking of making a small air tank out if a map gas bottle for the purposes of blowing out dust in computers which would be ideal instead of taking the computer down the yard to the garage to do it! thanks
How are the tanks holding up? I’ve heard that the tanks tend to leak when you tend to bleed them using the valve like you did. It’s better to bleed excess air through the main port using a flat metal object like an Allen key or a nail with the tip ground flat.

It didn’t work I typed pulling the valve and not pulling the valve and it only lost pressure
Also, these mapp gas tanks aren’t exactly the same as the propane tanks. I weighed an empty propane tank vs an empty mapp tank and the mapp tank runs lighter. Meaning less metal ie, thinner material.
