Ooh... I'm a sucker for other people's drops and scraps. I like having my own mini metal super market on my shelves. They usually come in real handy on Sunday evening when nothing else is open and you have to deliver the next day.

Never welded, middle aged, eyes suck, hands shake and I own a town home but plan on selling here at the beach and buying acreage in the Appalachia. Pole barn for metal and wood, tiny home for me and the dog.

Love the video. So, questions, why does it seem like welders do their videos during the cold months? 2nd question, the stoves, can you make them so that we do some welding, and some just adjustable for storage. Like weld four sides, and hedge the rest. Like for camping?
We're busier in the summer months, so less time to make videos. Also, this is specifically a black friday video.
As for the modifications, you are of course free to make any changes you'd like to, but your requests are unclear.

50 or 60 bucks for 2 to 3 dollars worth of scrap? Even at a dollar a pound for scrap 50 or 60 seems rather expensive.
$14 in shipping. $2 in packaging, $25 in time, few bucks in metal. It's cool if it's not for you, but there are people who asked for it, so I offered it.

how does your table cut those pieces to where it doesn't actually cut them, just cuts them enough to be able to bend to the desired shape? do you just set the torch to run cold and really fast and fill your water table up really high? I want to get a Crossfire pro cnc plasma table
They are cut through, just not all the way to the edge, so like a hinge at the corners

Just found your channel and subscribed...great ideas in this one, hoping the rest of your content is as informative. QUESTION ABOUT PPE: What do you recommend for respirator masks AND filters? I finally lit-off my 2010 Miller 211 (yeah, I know, 9 years, right?!) and am starting to learn to adjust my machine, lay some beads, etc. I can't see where breathing metal fumes can be very good, and galvanized is ESPECIALLY hazardous (I will have the need to weld on such in the near future). what do you suggest? Thanks
I use a little 3m mask when needed, but rely on strong ventilation more. Don't breathe galvanized fume, take it off with acid if you can

Its crazy the scrap yards here wont sell to the public. Most of my builds are from repurposed materials. Until I get on the level of buying new. I'll be ordering a set of the Roses. Possibly a pack I'd scrap.

hey Joel, what did you use for heat? Oxy/acet., MAPP or Propane? I only have Propane or MAPP.
I used mep gas. I let it get nice and red hot and it bent really well.
