Find My iPhone or Find My is an excellent app to locate your stolen or missing device, track real time location of your family & friends to ensure their safety and so on. But there are people who kind of misuse this app to keep an eye on their kids or partner 24/7 without giving a damn to their right to privacy. In the first part, I will show you how you can turn off the location service on your iPhone or disable the Find my iPhone feature completely to stop sharing your location on Find My iPhone. This method will work and no one will be able to see your location on Find my iPhone, but they will definitely get an idea that you have disabled the location sharing on your iPhone intentionally.
If you want to fake your location on Find my iPhone without them knowing then do checkout the second method in which I will show how to fake your one-time or even real time GPS location on Find My iPhone or Find My app. This will require a computer (either Windows PC or Mac). After modifying your location, you can unplug your iPhone from your computer and it will keep showing the location of your choice until you manually restart your iPhone.

If i freeze my location and remove the usb will it still be freeze if i dont restart my phone

Yes when you restart your phone your location will be unfreeze . Otherwise you can use that choosen location on any app you want if you don't restart your phone

What’s the point of this if I have to be plugged into a PC? Can’t I just download something that allows it to change my location on the go??

Hi Robi, I've been using this software for a while and I musy say it works as advertised.
Few weeks ago, the software got updated and now it allows you to install an app on your iPhone that you can use to fake GPS location on your iPhone. So, now you just need a computer only once to download that app on your iPhone with this computer software. After that you don't have to use your computer. Tried this on iOS 16 and everything works great. Hope that helps.
