Another way to rig is with the Vmc screw lock hook. I do this daily it works very well. 3/0 to 4/0 depending on the icon size. Sometimes I use an hour wait in the front end. The IKA , hands-down, my favorite Bait.
Great video. Bought a pack of these last week (wish I had found your channel first for the coupon code, but I just subscribed). I put this on a ned rig just like you did with an ultra light setup and caught two bass and a tilapia (weird) in about 15 minutes from a pond bank. I plan to try the other setups this weekend on the Harris Chain.

I work it like a jig on the bottom. But you could totally put it on a swim jig and swim it
