I’m about to tackle this on my 944 with BBS RS 131S

It's a pretty fun job.

You should never reuse titanium bolts on a wheel. Once torqued they are ”gone” because there are no flex in the bolts like on a steel bolt. BBS RS wheels was not made to be able to split apart like the racing wheels.
