you mentioned very important topic at the end of video. you said 'dfx' file of this study is very handy for any kind of CNC platform. i did not used CAD drawings for CAM yet. so how does " this end drawing" get materialized? i predict a rectangular sheetmetal regarding drawing thickness is inserted on CNC workplane and machine cuts upside down the rectangular shape starting with the outer limits. through bending lines a laser cavity cut is applied? thanks for all your effort...

Sir i have solidwork 2016 in which i used unfold command in sheet metal then i made extruded cut
But when I apply fold command the extruded cut is not visible
Can u suggest settings for this

Can you please let me know, why you used sketch bend command insted of edge flange with offset. I think edge flange one easy than sketch bend.

Its a nice tool in solidworks but how is someone going to bend those 90 deg. Inside corners?

Sir whenever I go to Miter Flange it shows me select any edge? While in yours it asks to select a plane...kindly help sir
