Hi it's mostly guess work and experience i guess for the capacitor value. You can measure those in the other rails i guess and try. Or sometimes you lucky and find the circuit diagram. Yep unfortunately lots of guess 😂

I think he just left out the capacitor. The capacitor is there to reduce any noise on the power from affecting the signal. Any capacitor value of the same order of magnitude should suffice if you find you need the filtering.

Hello, how are you? I brought an LG 37lg606 ur LCD TV for repair. The inverter board had a problem and the TV only stays on standby. A fuse and MOSFET number 8447 were burned on the inverter board.
