I've been looking for this type of content literally binge watching all your videos. Great info and value and I'm sure my future successful self is thanking you in advance.
Great information, thanks for sharing it. As a new agent, I have some small landlord buyers, but I feel it is so hard to find any good deals especially for good condition homes in this market, the distressed ones are usually more easier to find, unfortunately my buyer doesn’t have the resources to renovate
Great information, Marc! Will most brokerages allow a new agent to target the investor niche, or will they want to see some retail experience & success first? Thank you! 🙏🏽
Hello 👋🏼 question, what platform are you using to find these homeowner’s phone numbers to contact them? I am struggling to find a reliable platform to use
Good luck with that Vee. It's amazing that that's what you took away from this video. By that logic, we should have no boundaries with our time whatsoever.
The Agent works for the investor, but he has a good point. However he’s turning investors away prematurely investors need to be ensure Agent is right for them , an Agent who has flipped before etc. or can be informative , shall I buy or pass, it’s not the Agents money , it’s the investors. When all goes well, the investor will likely give the Agent the listings when the rehab is completed.

So true. The video comes off like that extremely defensive home owner that opens the door to a salesman. everyone's after what I got bit.
sounds like you've never spoken with "investors"... .90 are utter timssucks.
What’s your best way to go about actually finding investors online?
facebook groups, local networking events, at the bar, limitless places to find or make someone an investor!
