Such valuable advice! My husband and I have owned our own businesses for 17 years each. Top points that I 100% agree with:
-invest in the property that you do business in (purchase your own property as soon as possible)
-do what you love, do what you know, do what you are passionate about.
-NICE sells! The world needs more nice, kind people and people like to do business with friendly, kind, warm business people.

Step 1 for investing:have enough money to begin investing.
Cant get past the first step.
Actually you can get someone or a bank to finance the deal,you just have to sell them on its worth.
Put $100 aside each month into a mutual fund of 5% (preferably higher, but not lower) for the next 30 years of your life. No matter what happens, if you keep doing that, and you're still alive, you'll have close to a $1M. Don't forget to never touch it, also don't forget if you get a higher salary you can accelerate the process by increasing your monthly investment.

Actually how much we can earn while trading depends on the markets movements. It’s not countable at all, by our trading accounts. They give lots of great advice. One very important tip is to, be content with what you have. Don't try to keep up with the Joneses, maxing out credit cards. Turn around and invest start earning passive income.
