    I'm trying to learn to catch brook trout by canoe myself so this is great! I'm in Nova Scotia, I would imagine the same techniques should be useful here...

      I was always a stream fisherman, it took me a while to get the hang of fishing ponds and lakes. I would agree that the same techniques would work up there as well, just nice slow troll and try to be stealthy. Good luck, and thanks for checking out the video, very much appreciated!

    Hi: Saw you there. Pond #1 name starts w/ a B. I also want to the second pond & caught 3. Excellent video

      That was a nice little pond, I wish the wind hadn't picked up when we were there, made it a little tough to troll around. I was happy to catch something there though, definitely beats getting skunked. Thanks for watching, very much appreciated!

    Love the Hornbeck! I have a 12’ Classic. Is that what you have? I like your paddle. Is it a Bending Branches?

    • @AlansOutdoorAdventures
      @AlansOutdoorAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      This is the 12' classic with the fishing package. The paddle is a bending branches, I love it. Both very light and dependable. Thanks for watching and stopping by to comment, very much appreciated!

      I wish I was a little closer to the Adirondacks, I'm about 3 hours away. I lived up there when I was younger, always loved it up there. Thanks for watching, very much appreciated!
