HOCR Rowing Power Workout

- Video for my private workout at home. I put two different sources together, one is Mr. Larry Tait at the HOCR 2014 and the other one is the USA Mens 8 at the HOCR 2013 in Boston, USA.
Mr. Tait did a very fast race, but the US-Team was a tiny bit faster, so I got two different paces for my workout;)
There are 9 "Power-Phases" every 500 meters, some last 30 seconds, some are 60 seconds long.
The whole workout goes on for about 27 minutes.
I added some self-made beats to keep the right pace.
And..... I synchronised EVERY bloody strike of the sculls, nearly 800 I suppose :(
