Hey Z, if you check the study menu you can see that some locations aren't finished(have more blueprints on them). Even if you've been to a single type of location(ex. Radio tower), some of them have variants offering different stuff/blueprints on them.
Before you go back under the dust you need to explore much more around the tower, climb up the ladders inside the tower and there is stuff to scan. Check both sides. Before you get in the elevator that room has accessible stairs to climb and explore bith sides up there and climb the ladder and explore these areas with great scrutiny. You will find a bunch of stuff.
Regarding upgrading your turbines, currently there is an odd behavior (possibly a bug) where the first 3 turbines you place give you the altitude bonus of ordinary turbines, even if they have been upgraded. So don't upgrade your existing turbines; make new ones and upgrade those. If you have already removed and upgraded some of your starting turbines, just land somewhere, pick up all of the turbines, and place three non-upgraded ones before placing the upgraded ones.
You missed a lot of stuff under the dust, dont be afraid to do a little parqoring to get to areas down there, also extract all the stuff down there as well as get the hypothermia from the virus machine so you can get past the flowers. In the tunnels you will find your crossbow and pet. Expand your ship!! Add another balloon so you can accommodate the additional weight you will be adding to your ship.

It's a foam launcher. An upgrade of the patch tape. Good if you can't get to something easily. (Foam is 100 shots per 3 patch tape, each shot fixes 5% of damage vice the patch tape fixing 40% per) 31:05 Man, bad spawning. Two crates spawned with barrels in collision. I think you may have probably lost at least one item from the first two crates because they were covered. 37:26 Rule of thumb for me, always take the battery for the tower light. If it's flashing, I haven't been there and/or didn't finish looting it. Which also means I need to remember to grab the battery last, which I don't always do... 39:48 "Landing pod entering atmosphere? Nah, busy." Me: "Pay attention to it. Get it! Aggghh!" 42:26 I don't really like the capacity upgrade. The number of charges is nice, but recharging just takes so long without power cells floating about. Recharge upgrade is a better one for general use IMO.

upgraded o2 tank is on one of the upper levels of the underdust. at 16:50 he's facing towards some ramp, if you go up there and parkour a bit you end up in some rooms where a body is, and in that same room you find the medium o2 tank. at least that was before the recent update, i haven't enter the underdust since the update. but i doubt they changed that location. it really pays of to systematically enter, scan and loot each room/location before entering the next one in this kind of games. but i'm a hard-core looter, so i always try to loot everything i come across, nothing is safe when i'm around.

Well, do you leave the materials for a Crafting Bench at the HUB in Satisfactory? If you do, I would hope you'd have Iron Plates and Iron Rods in the Dimensional Depot.

in the research station you could research balloon core for your blimp
the icon with the crates is the foam gun (repair gun). it just means you need to repair it, either zith patches or with the foam
