Yeah scrub is important as soon as i started really getting good at jumps after i raced my first supercross i could feel the importance of doing something to scrub the unbelieveable inertia thatwas trying to stand thebike straight up an send it realhigh super high which was cool if u got large lead like a half a lap....an dropping ur body weight off would be the only thing that could cause a sufficient effect....we couldhave done without seeing the wreck of windham thanks good people
