    Yes, Graphite shine. You either love it or hate it. I am one of those rare ones who loves the shine. it gives a sort of Duo-monochrome affect. But I just ordered the 6 set. Your work is phenomenal! Thanks for sharing!

    Looks Amazing like always! I can't believe how easy you make it look. I'm such a perfectionist, it takes me 30 minutes just to do the outline. I'm still trying more and more everyday cause my goal is to be at least half as good as you one day.

      You can! The trick is to stick to one medium, and draw as much as you can every day. If you only have half an hour, draw only for that half hour. Also, trying to take some tips and tricks from videos that are created to teach drawing, will also help learn faster. It's totally in your hands and you...CAN draw like that!
      I did that for some months and I saw huge improvement,

    Great video. thank you so much. Do these Faber Castell Matt pencils feel the same as the Staedtler "Mars Lumograph" pencils, if you ever tried them?

      I actually talked a bit about that near the end of the video. These are better in my opinion.

    Hi Miroslav.
    Absolutely love you work. Can you tell me when you say you trace your picture. Do you do this the old fashioned way with tracing paper or via a light box?

    • @MiroslavSunjkic
      @MiroslavSunjkic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just use a computer screen and then do a more detailed free hand sketch. With animals and landscape usually free hand.

    I had no idea matt pencils were available. I wonder how close they are to charcoal pencils? Not full graphite and not full charcoal. Thanks for sharing.

    • @MiroslavSunjkic
      @MiroslavSunjkic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In terms of reflectiveness, they are similar to a black colored pencil, but they can be blended and erased more easily. Charcoal is still darker and more matt.

      They're closer to regular graphite pencils. What they have in common with charcoal: it's quite difficult to draw very fine lines with them, in contrast with regular graphite pencils. On some paper, it is easier, e.g. on Arches hot-pressed watercolour paper. Unfortunately, this paper is very expensive.
