The problem is that you don't understand Bible but you understand doctrine, go to Bible and ask God for understanding not what they quote to you on alters, many of you don't read scriptures is only what your pastor read to you that you believe, you can never know God outside his word, if you read your Bible very well you'll know that many of your pastors has turn the word on God upside down just because of their belle.
Okay explain the "one hope of your calling" and " one calling" to bring out the difference. The rest of us born again Christian will inherit the kingdom of God which is the new earth that will come. There will be enjoyment, no sickness or death. We will live for ever and ever. That is what Jesus was saying when he taught us the Lord’s Prayer: let thy kingdom come. Gods kingdom will come on the new earth where Jesus will rule. The144,000 Christainsthat will go to heaven will rule and reign with Christ as his cabinet.
So all true Christian’s don’t go to heaven some are heaven bound while the others will inherit the new earth. Many churches do not have true knowledge of the truth. 15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 16 Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. 17 Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18 who have wandered away from the truth. They say that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some. 19 Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: "The Lord knows those who are his," and, "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness."
Revelation 21:22-27
And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, and its gates will never be shut by day-and there will be no night there. They will bring into it the glory and the honor of the nations. But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
