    If the bottom is leaking and you're stuck with this door, you're better off spending $5-10 on a 0.165 inch T-style seal than using the poor excuse for a seal that's included. Cut it to the appropriate height and length and you'll greatly reduce or eliminate water getting beyond the threshold.

    the bottom "seal" is ineffective, with a 1/2" to 3/4" gap underneath, water can easily bounce under the "seal" over the lip in the threshold and out onto the floor. I would appreciate someone from Sterling explaining how that "deflector" is supposed to work 100%.

    My shower door exploded at 5:25 in the instructions :( It left us cut up. We were very careful, and put no pressure on the glass at all. Kohler is replacing it, but I am scared to try again at this point. This should not have happened!

    What do you do when the bottom of the shower is a quarter of an inch off? I have had 3 people try to install this with no luck. They say the difference is too large to shim.
