Without spoilers: Use the repair workbench. You can save a lot of material, even maybe you can do a little more there, than you think. You might want to craft what the boss statues offer, exspecially what you not crafted yet. You set up a habitable room, but you may miss something in it. Also you should check your items for "habitat. habitable, etc." they might give you another hint. Food is very important check your HP at full food and check when you starve. Start cooking, farming and fishing those are not for only utility skills. You should read them.
haha I was loking for comment the same whit the repair station, but I was waiting for the last video, so painfull to see that many pickaxes, another advices, first create a bed, u can recover healt when using it, and second cook, u can obtain a lot of bonuses when eat cooking food. sorry if I misspell.
