I just learned how to do frozen shrimp in the IP, and I need to share. 0 minutes for cooked, 1 minute for raw, quick release. I used 1/2 cup of lemon juice for the liquid, seasoned with Creole seasoning and chopped garlic, and the shrimp were fabulous!

I just have to say how much I love this newer “production”. What I mean by that is you are now cooking with Mom and I love the chit chat between you two. And I think you have new and better camera angles and it just seems more professional! And I love the chicken nacho recipe…I think that was the name. I will have to try that out real soon. Thanks for all you do

I am one of those people that didn't use their instant pot for a few months.! Now I use it i would say almost everyday! No more oven cooking! When I mastered pasta in the pot, I was in heaven! No more waiting for the water to boil and having to stir occasionally! Sooo simple! I'm going on 4 years now! I have 3 pots now! I have a big family (like you) and I often use 2 at the same time! Love your channel!

I did take my instant pot out and used it once right away. I didn’t understand the benefits of it though so I then shelved it for months before coming back to it and now I absolutely love it! I’m so glad I found your dump and go meals! I also love those ziplock bag holders! One thing I do is roll my bag top over once to keep the zipper part clean as I load it up with the raw ingredients. Thanks again! Going to search up all of your other instant pot freezer meal videos!

The only way I knew how to make pot roast and its gravy was in a pressure cooker (old stove top style) for YEARS! I was over 40 before I was forced to make a pot roast in another way because I couldn't find a replacement rubber gasket. Nothing came close, in my book. This was before the IP by about 10 years. I've had my IP for a few years and never made pot roast in it - you'd think that would have been first! So I'm making it a point to pick up a roast this week or next and have a go!

I have a question about the burn notice, do you get it from just not enough liquid, or could you get it from food being stuck to the bottom of the pot as well? I was doing a roast and seared the meat using the sauté feature then added the liquid. almost 4 cups of liquid and got the burn notice but might not have deglazed the pan good enough before cooking. after the burn notice pulled everything out of the pot, cleaned it and put it back in and everything worked fine from there, just wondering best way to avoid this in the future without having to sear outside the pot first.
