Hey Zwag! Can you play full AP Ivern with Luden’s Tempest, Shadowflame, and Rabadon’s Deathcap? He actually has really good AP damage scalings with a 70% on his Q root and an 80% on his E shield. Also Daisy’s health and AD increase with the more AP Ivern builds! It’s worth noting that if you shield an ally and the explosion kills a champion, the kill and gold goes to them (same applies to the gold if the shield kills minions too). So for this kind of build, it’s probably better to shield and then pull yourself in with Q or keep shielding Daisy when she's up turning her into a tanky tactical nuke!
I love how Riot just keeps burying their head in the sand with CC being an utter menace. The "answers" to CC that aren't a hardcore piece of a champion's kit (Olaf, Udyr, Mundo, all great btw) are all jokes. All of them utterly shit items with colossal cooldowns that remove 1 CC, prevent 1 spell hit (that can be a Nidalee trap btw), or a summoner spell that you have to take at the start of the game that is again, a shit choice that only removes 1 CC that has a 3 minute cooldown. Most hard CC has a CD less than 10 seconds. Tenacity is an absolute joke of a stat. It's such a goddamn problem. Every League content creator, *every single one* "I can't fucking move". Do you know what? There's a game out there where there's an answer to CC! It's called DotA. They've had the answer forever, even going so far as to also grant magic damage immunity. League even had it years ago. Cleanse once made you immune to non-suppression CC for 3 seconds. We need that back in the game. It's unconscionable to keep releasing champions with hard CC on basic abilities like they have and not address the overwhelming problem of being permanently CC'd. Cait could just keep dropping traps over, and over, and over, and over under you and there was nothing you could do. If League is more about counterplay than counterpick, then there needs to be counterplay to CC.
Hard disagree that item is so toxic and unfun to play against, Being able to go from carrying to completely useless for 10 seconds is a terrible design. He should have build merc treads and taken tenacity

That said, BKB can come so late in the game that if the "carrying" as you called it, mage has let it get to that point, they have essentially already chosen to lose. If you're carrying as a mage, that means the enemy pos 1 has essentially 0 chance of coming back.

Try swain with conq, presence/triumph, tenacity, coup de gras/last stand then revitalize, second wind. build path catalyst of aeons to solve mana issues and early heals, into riftmaker for true dmg and extra heals, depending on matchup finish abyssal mask or build straight into sunfire, then thornmail or spirit visage depending on matchup, for boots go either mercs or steel toe
You seem not to remember a lot of things that happened like minute ago - like Kasadin flashing and you flashing to kill him. Him using ghost... That kinda worries me...
I think I've been trained like pavlov's dog to hit the like button whenever Zwag says MA CANNON, and now it seems it has translated to things I read too cuz the moment I realized his ID was My Cannon, I went and hit the like button. What say you?

hp would have been nice, bonus size is basically a debuff at that point, and tenacity is worthless when you're getting locked in CC for longer than you are alive. remember, the bigger you are, the bigger your hitbox. and the chain of CC's lasted more than the 6 seconds he was killed in, so if you reduce a 8 second cc to 7 seconds but die in 5, then your purchase has no affect on the game.
