If you want some URF-level perma-CC from Leona; try doing Crit Leona with Quickblades.
Her Q cooldown resets in 3 crits. Also, because the ability goes on cooldown _before_ she attacks, if the Q hit is a crit it reduces it's own cooldown.

Day 8 of asking for ornn with Icathias (when the new items return to PBE). Since his passive increases armor, mr and health by 10-30% (based on how many items you upgraded) and the icathias upgrades at level 13, you get super tanky and since most of ornns damage (w, brittle and ult) is max health damage you will still do a lot of damage

Maybe you could try out max attack speed Kennen, Saw someone do this with a yuumi and they literally just had a beam of auto attacks. Honestly thinks grudge would be more frustrating than the Lord Dom's bc you get the armor pen PLUS the slows, so you can just keep using your E and since they're slowed they can't dodge
Grudge is better here because it has ability haste.
I liked the video as soon as I could because you playing Leona. Simple. otherwise i usually like videos close to the end. or when you're waiting for an item and do your dance.

I don't know yet if you regreted this leter in the video because i just started watching, but hail of blades is painfully bad on leona, her AA -> Q -> AA combo comes out really fast, as the Q, doesnt really count as an auto when talking about attack speed (her Q doesn't make your autos go on a "CD"), so your combo will come out in the time it takes for 2 leona autos, PTA would have been a lot better in my opinion.

support btw, they feel like they do this much damage by themselves when you 2v1 enemy botlane, and if you die/check dmg charts they always do about same damage as adc.
Hmm, I'm wondering if kraken slayer would be better then dusk blade in this build. Like, you can proc the 3 kraken passive instantly with AA+Q+AA
that team comp is like omega op scary. so much cc, burst, dps and healing/shielding... youd be hard pressed to find a better comp.

Hi Zwag. I would like to recommend you to try out Lethal Tempo Bruiser Vi. I tried it out in Wild Rift and it's chaoticly good.
Does tank/AP Leona work with her AP ratios? In the new season especially with Rod of Ages and Demonic and tank tear item I could see her being crazy

As a Gnar main, attack speed gnar even with mega can still be vialable, and it sreally goofy to see a monster slamming down so fast.
I'd like to see it, however there are a lot more problems than just becoming melee AND losing significant mobility. There's also the problem of having the lowest HP scaling in the game, and very few resistances. All things considered it's still better to go vayne.
Still a fun challenge, but I know 3 gnar mains that quit playing gnar just for the defense nerfs to mini. Made it feel impossible.
@@vulpixfan1553 I highly agree with the low HP sclaing and def nerfs, it's hard to make Gnar as a Top laner. I still play as Gnar but as a mid laner now. Because of his low HP sclaing, Cut Down with Letho Tempo/PTA seems to work really well with him.
Even when he becomes Mega and lose Attack Speed you still have the increased resistance, damage and stun's to get pass it. Sadly he can only 1v1 during that stage or you'll get deleted in a team fight if they decided to focus on you.
I do hope that Riot either make him a better top laner or just make him a mid laner and stay mini gnar as long as possible, or even make his R like Shyvanna.

Funny. I thought (iirc even searched on your channel) you had no Leona vids and asked for one. After that I find 4 in my recommendations.
I would try Navori and probably galeforce / inmortal shieldbow.
Q is an boosted AA, so with the AA reset, AA+Q+AA you should reset your CD. Probably you can enter in a loop spamming CC. Why not try BT in that build for lifesteal and keep you healthy while the enemy is perma CC'ing. 😈

Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion.
Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption.
Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.
I have never seen full ap thresh or orn. Idk if you’d like any of that.

Actually, Leona+Amumu botlane is a really fcking good pick. U stick to one and ignore the other and there is really no escape
