Of all the years that people have been using social media to promote their businesses, hobbies, and personal life, Les is one the first people I have ever seen, grill and smoke oxtails. best way to cook oxtail in my opinion is in a pot low nd slow mane after u sear them with a lil flour... nd throw some potatoes in at the end✌🏽✌🏽

doing this rn thawing them out gone clean them then put them on my smoker with wood let the go for about 2 hrs take them out braise it in beef stock an peppers an toss it back on smoker for about 1hr 45mins an boom hope it turns out good im cooking it for my mother birthday

Just made these today. Holy Voodoo spice rub, 2 hr smoke, 2 and a half hr slow braise with a red wine-beef stock reduction. If you like smokey barbeque these are the BOMB !

What about putting foil on each oxtail and having it cook on the grill? Would it make it tender like ribs?
Sure thing! Foil-wrapping oxtail on the grill could work its tender.
@@Themeatstick ok, thank you. Had bought some and was not sure. I usually make them in a crock pot but tomorrow I’ll be on the grill and wanted to try something but not waste them it that wouldn’t work

LES is one cool guy and he is growing but...Its not like people just starting smoking oxtails. LES was smart as was Walt them at destination BBQ. I guess the next think will be shoulder cold or beef cheeks.. There is nothing new under the sun. Where did LES get it from. It might be new to a lot of people but not everyone.
