    so much more relaxing to swing intuitively than analytically. It makes total sense that if you want consistency, swinging a golf club should be like walking.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว

      ABSOLUTELY! Like slashing a machete through a sugar cane or hitting some relaxed baseballs into the field for practice; low grounder to first! High fly to centre field! You place the order and react!

    Thank you for this video. I've only been following you for about a year or so and it's so interesting to hear the back story of how Sav and Mu got involved and progressed through their current journey. Excited to watch them as they continue to progress and succeed in WLD. 👍

    Played yesterday. Tossed sand bags for chipping to pitching. Whipped my irons. And threw my driver. It was the least amount of thinking I’ve done in a round of golf. So much fun and enjoyable.

      Yeah! Right on Krista! My son is coming your way to Abbotsford for his BMX training with the Canadian National Team; he is now #2 in Canada and was one of the 2 picked to go to Worlds in Scotland next month!

      We are in a great series called “CLARITY SERIES” with a mid handicapper on his way to a very low handicapper right now! 😀👍👊
      And Savy was a mid handicapper in high school!

    This video was so good. Alot of stuff that I did not understand in the videos that I have watched , you have made it crystal clear.
    The concept of G-force and Not letting go is something I haven't understood. Do you stop the complete follow through abruptly ?

      I am working on getting to my full finish at the moment; in our premium channel, it’s the “stick the finish despite the ball” series where we breeze through the task into a full finish and stick it; like a Tiger jumping up onto a large tree branch to get a better view

    Whipping the club thru the ball was so scary at 1st not knowing what would happen. Once I went all in, its amazing how much more effortless it feels and how far it goes. You barely tell you even hit a ball.

    Hi Shawn, How do you keep the ball from over drawing? I need to know how to neutralize or straighten the flight.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to know if you are releasing past the ball or at the ball; at the ball will hook; through the ball is where things start. See “through the ball shawn clement” and “throw the club straight shawn clement”

      Shawn, love the videos. I’ve used the Swing Caddy all winter at the gym and it hasn’t translated to swing speed on the PRGR unit this summer. How often did Sav swing it during a week? Thanks.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@markbush6905 this unit is to engage legs and g-force; now, are you delivering with or without a ball on PRGR? Are you through the ball or at the ball?

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@markbush6905 we have a nice series of videos on our premium channel that get you to feel this tangibly; it starts with the “release” videos; then to the “task” videos where you choose the task or tasks that suit you, like sending divots or grass clippings to target or throwing the club to the direction of flight plan then you apply to your awareness with “target confirmation series” and “stick your finish despite the ball series” where it is just a FEEL into a specific DIRECTION

    I have a fairly strong left hand grip and also have a cupped wrist at the top of the swing. Does that matter at all? If my wrist is flat i feel like the face will get way too closed through the ball

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Kourt! When the wrists hinge properly on the ANATOMICAL SNUFF BOXES, which will give the wrist a slight appearance of a cup, you get the proper load of the arm-club unit. Golf instruction has made an absolute mess of the human arm anatomy with their theories of how things should “look” or be “positioned”
      Please see a couple of oldies but goodies called “grip and wrist hinge shawn clement” and “loaded arms shawn clement” just as a start, and in our premium channel at www.wisdomingolfpremium.com you want to see all the “release” videos which will show the same action in baseball hitting, tennis serving, fishing, hammering, football throwing etc, etc, etc and you will never worry about another position in your golf swing ever again!

  • @7501482
    @7501482 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Hey Shawn, you said you have a 60 S flex shaft it seems like you would be running a X flex with your swing speed or is it because you pause at the top so so you can use a S flex instead of an X flex is that way?

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The X-flex would cause me to STRAIN; and did you see the new trend of “L” flex shafts with 2 kick points being used in Long Drive! Martin Borgmeier being one of them!

    I can use extra distance. Flexing the lead knee to increase depth and rising and falling to generate power certainly makes sense. Will this work with stack and tilt? I’m thinking it will since you keep your head steady

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This works better than stack and tilt; because we use the human machine’s own self preserving wiring to attain the “required positions” without thinking! 😝👍
