Have yet to try out this mod. But the ability to use your items during climbing and assassinating look awesome.

@@randomdude8897 ACU Fixes you can use phantom blades during sliding, climbing and jumping. You also have dedicated key for spinning swing 5:30 and another one for jumping down to catch a ledge.

Unity has its flaws, but it also has the smoothest parkour and most hardcore stealth of any game in the Assassin’s Creed franchise for those who have mastered it
except the stealth is malfunctioning. it has a "concept" of hardcore stealth but poor execution
nahh parkour is still smoother and more precise in the old games. Unity has input delay, broken snap targeting, floaty jumps, and is just inconsistent in general, i like unity and it’s parkour but it’s far from the best in the series.

@@TrickyTalon23 yeah and the things i mentioned don’t care if you’ve mastered the game or not, it’s still gonna fuck out on you eventually. Ask literally anyone who makes stealth run videos on unity and they will tell you how much of a pain in the ass it is, it’s just repeating the same route for hours on end until you finally get it right or the game decides to not fuck you over. So yes even the people who have mastered this game will acknowledge how fucking trash it feels to control arno.

Quick shotting while in leap of faith is the sickest thing ever and it fits the series so perfectly. We need it in base game

@@TrickyTalon23 it's in the video title - ACU Fixes. There are good videos on TH-cam describing the improvements it brings to AC Unity - especially, as the comment above mentioned, using crossbow/smokebombs from any position and location be it when climbing, midair and during the animations.
It makes the game way more fluid and stylish

Man, Unity should be the model of gameplay for the franchise. Not only for the amazing parkour, but couse it was the only game that came close to the original proposal: social stealth.

I have yet to find a channel who does stealth so tactically, in some videos I’m like “Why would he do that” only to see some guy get killed by it 7 minutes later when you are no where around. Definitely subbing can’t wait to see more Hitman videos. You should also try more Splinter cell gameplay I heard they were remaking the original games, would love to see you play them.
Crazy how graphics held up. Also, this is the last true AC game with parkour before things turned into rpg and bullet sponge enemies with no parkour at all.

AC Unity never fails to amaze me with a parkour move that I've never seen before such as 5:31
it’s a controlled descent move, notre dame is a good place to practice it.
with this mod it is now almost guaranteed to be performed. All you need need is a ledge and when Arno catches it you press a dedicated key to descend like that
@@vaazon the mod doesn’t make it easier to pull off moves like that😭 you could already pull this move off very consistently on certain parts of the map.
@@tommywright2487 bruh, the mod description literally says that you can consistently pull it off wherever you are and I tested it myself and it works everywhere where Arno can grab the wall after swing

You do realize this video took multiple attempts? Even if it's meant to be that way it's literally impossible first try, what you're thinking of is artificial gameplay like a puppet on strings and not a fleshed out final product

@@sks220I hope so too, but what they showed already looks way slow and stunted compared to this. Every parkour move has a recovery animation making it feel so boring
Please don't bring back the inconsistent buggy parkour, I'd like to choose where I'm going rather than a complex buggy parkour system which works 50% of the time

If not because you're uninterested, or have other plans then of course that's completely fine. Ngl practically the mod gives more to an already great stealth system. But it also gives some of the most cursed and hilarious glitches, like spines are not supposed to bend that way man (1:05) 😂😭
