Birth certificate is not a proof. I personally knew a boy, who was born as a "girl", because his reproductive organs were underdeveloped to the point it looked like female organs. This kid was raised as a girl. Around the age of 12 his (!) body started to change and look boyish, and his voice was definitely boyish. These people were informed that mistakenly their son got recognized as a girl. Since they raised him as a girl and were deeply ashamed of his condition, they told doctors to "reassess" his body to resemble female. And then these people move out. If he was an athlete, his birth certificate would say "female", even if it's not true. He was never officially a male, even if he IS a male no matter what. Chances are that's the same case. Imane clearly doesn't look like a woman, doesn't sound like a woman. But I do believe he was raised as a girl and may identify himself as a girl. If he/she was a person of honour, he/she should publish officially his/her DNA test results and other medical tests confirming or denying his/her biological status. If I were at Imane's place and I knew I am falsely accused, I would definitely got tested and publish results in the media to clear my name. If he is a male, as I suspect, he should fight against men. And when some women claim, that there are women with high testosterone.... Yes, my cousin is that case. She still look like a SHE. Birth certificate is not a proof. I personally knew a boy, who was born as a "girl", because his reproductive organs were underdeveloped to the point it looked like female organs. This kid was raised as a girl. Around the age of 12 his (!) body started to change and look boyish, and his voice was definitely boyish. These people were informed that mistakenly their son got recognized as a girl. Since they raised him as a girl and were deeply ashamed of his condition, they told doctors to "reassess" his body to resemble female. And then these people move out. If he was an athlete, his birth certificate would say "female", even if it's not true. He was never officially a male, even if he IS a male no matter what.
Chances are that's the same case. Imane clearly doesn't look like a woman, doesn't sound like a woman. But I do believe he was raised as a girl and may identify himself as a girl.
If he/she was a person of honour, he/she should publish officially his/her DNA test results and other medical tests confirming or denying his/her biological status. If I were at Imane's place and I knew I am falsely accused, I would definitely got tested and publish results in the media to clear my name.
If he is a male, as I suspect, he should fight against men.
