  • I have created this set of relaxing beautiful scenery, calming relaxation videos to be played in the background during meditation or study. The videos are also perfect to play while trying to relax or get to sleep.
One Hour of Relaxing Scenes and Sounds of Cornwall - Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps is a stretch of coastline located on the north Cornish coast between Padstow and Newquay, in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom and is part owned by the National Trust. The National Trust maintains a shop and cafe.
The cliff-top view of rocks stretching into the distance along Bedruthan beach makes the area a popular attraction for tourists and painters.
The property affords walks along the coast path and the steep steps at Bedruthan allow access to a series of rocky beaches at low tide. Signs at the top of the steps down to the beaches warn visitors not to risk swimming in these waters due to heavy rips, fast tides and submerged rocks.

Happy memories of the walk I took last year from Bedruthan Steps back to our holiday house at Constantine Bay! (Though it was a LOT windier that day.) My favourite place in the world, I look forward to visiting every year. Thank you for this!

Beautiful record of one of the most beautiful areas of the Cornish coastline. Please go back and make a similar record in a Cornish storm. Euan Hooper.

If you are English then this should not be of any relation, Cornish people arrived thousands of years before the English.

Beautiful scenery, rocks the beaches, nothing similar to the beaches of where I come from Mozambique, South Africa, but very beautiful, never thought the coast so far North would be so stunning.

Cornwall is beautiful, which is why us Cornish call it our Eden on Earth. :D I was once told many many years ago by a Scandinavian that the reason he believed Cornwall wasn't sacked by the Vikings was that it reminded them of home. And when he showed me photo's of it's granit cliffs, and beaches, I couldn't believe just how much the coastline looked like Cornwall. Strange isn't it?? He always said that when ever he missed home, he'd drive down from London to Cornwall for the weekend... :)
