    my bro rocking the Mooer Tender Octaver instead of the Pog. That the lawsuit v1 haha? I have that too bc Pogs were too big and expensive, tho Pog now has the mini but still more expensive.
    How do you like Gretsch High Sensitive Filtertron versus anything else, like BT-65A or TVJ Classics or Powertrons or Starplayer TV pickups? I want to pick up a guitar that has those filtertrons but they don't seem to get as much love as these others.

    You and I have the EXACT same taste in amps, all the way down to the greenbacks and fender pairings. I've always found that I have an easier time getting the Vox style amps to sound "right" as opposed to others.

    I really like your overall sound. I have a Fender x2 champ and was wondering where you typically keep your bass and treble knobs on your vox?

      I usually keep the bass at noon and the treble just a little after with the tone cut at around 9 o clock

    Sounds great! Where do you have the high and low cuts set? Are they just wide open? Also do you run an eq block?

      Wide open. No EQ block on this preset. Only a few presets of mine have an EQ block.

    Great video, Can you tell usa the order you have the reverb and delay, Was it Delay then Verb?

      Correct :) delay and reverb but ive thrown the reverb on the FX loop of the stomp so i can put the reverb before or after the amps depending on what i feel like

I use a Headrush for Worship and for my band The Yacht Club here in Charleston South Carolina. 3 years ago when I sold my Marshall stack and effects, I was scared, but after a little bit of work and playing out live a lot, I Was able to dial all the tones in with the Head Rush. The secret is getting the EQs, compression and the IRs right.... Your tone through your Amps and effects is awesome 👍🏻

    What order are your drives in? Does the TS feed into your transparent drive keeping its tonal qualities but also getting a mid bump from the TS?

      Its From light gain to high gain. Ts is after the lighter drives

      Coming from someone who has had a big board and amps, and played modelers etc… I can confidently say that you can get his tones or many other “church style” sounds at almost any budget. It is truly a great time to be a guitar player. Keep at it!

      @@BipityBopity93 I believe you but the problem is our church just spent 60k on structural strengthening so I don't think I can just randomly request even for a 100usd digital pedal for me. We don't even run click and backing tracks but it's all good. Hopefully it'll come soon, just gotta continue praying. ☝️

      not really one of my biggest influences, but definitely an influence of mine. Im very inspired by 80s shred guitarists. Paul Gilbert is my favourite guitarist of all time

      Yep, No Other Name is where that progression comes from, though it could be a bunch of other things. I love playing those 3rds in the key of G so much!

      Top boost! Bass in the middle, treble at 1' oclock, tone cut at about 9'oclock

      The only external pedal i would add to a helix if i were building a big touring board would be a reverb pedal and that prototype overdrive and thats it. All the drives and other effects sound super natural on the helix. I've even ran my helix through my amps just as an effects board and it sounds great

      It depends on the gig. if I'm playing a set with a big production with multiple scenes or im doing a live recording, I'll use snapshot mode. Otherwise ill just use stomp mode most of the time :)

    I don’t get it as to why you set your 1st drive as always on as part of your “core sound”.. I mean why not set your amp to sound or do what your 1st always on overdrive pedal do? Is there a significant difference? Great tone anyways. Thanks man.

    Tithing pays for these rigs. It’s insane. He doesn’t have as extravagant of a rig as I’ve seen with some “worship” guys, and seems like a nice kid.
    I just hate that people put their hard earned dollars in basket to subsidize the pastor’s limited edition Nike’s and make sure the guitarists have boutique guitar rig. Sorry it’s not defensible, don’t try.
