Yes, but not as great as the four that preceded it, nor the full breakdown of the 15 tracks recorded but not put on albums throughout that first decade. And how dumb was she and the record company (as usual) not to make this a single or double A-side. But then it's only about 50th in a row to be given this treatment. The ultimate singles and albums act-where everything on an album IS a potential single! And that includes all the B-sides. Let's not forget them!
@@kyachdistent1301 TOTALLY! Why the boring Four Letter Word was a single but Stone wasn't is beyond me! It would have been amazing as a single after Never Trust A Stranger! My favourite ever Kim albums are Select and Teases And Dares, sublime +
@@glamnesianouveaux2039 Well, 'Four Letter Word' is my fave on the album, and it was released to try and balance out the fact she never releases the ballads off an album. Ridiculous! On the one hand it seems great, cos that's all women do, but when you consider the quality of her ballads-esp the ones between 1982-1986 then it IS pathetic! I love 'Four Letter Word' and she'd already released enough up-tempo. I'd say the prob is the follow-up 'Love In The Natural Way'-why'd THAT have to come off? What's so special about it? Especially when you consider 'Loving You' (JUST a B-side???!!!!), virtually all the stuff stuck on albums and as B-sides since she started in the 80s and right through the decade. At least 'Four Letter Word' is a ballad, but 'LITNatural Way' isn't, but as it's about love and not another subject (i.e 'Stone') it WOULD be picked! The albums before were still stronger and some since to the predsent day. Most of the real best stuff never allowed to be a single, but then when she's only allowed to get 2 off an album, NOT good! Blame the record company, DJs, record buyers, slagdonna, all of it. Blame Wilde and her family too for not pushing their own stuff. Fra as I'm concerned, the most recent gripe is the gorgeous 'Rain On'-FINALLY an extra track from 1983 we KNEW had to exist just locked away for 40 years for no good reason. And it's ace and 'SINGLE' written all over it as usual, but that's her for you!
The most prettiest woman i have ever seen on this planet
Je ne m'en lasse pas ❤
One of my favourite Kim Wilde tracks. Yes, Close was a great album
And it still is

sounds a bit like 'the touch'
"Kim" looks very tired, she was probably sick that day.
