Several people told me that it's almost impossible for foriengers to get permission to work in the Philipines because they try to hire locals only but it seems your saying there are actually a lot of available jobs there for foriegners?

Regarding the monthly salaries...it's not like they are reported...much lower in general...I have a visitor from the Philippines...I have decided that is the next country I will live...and I have researched it very well.. .for salaries..residential and professional rents...

Those islands was a spanish province and they abbandom spanish language to please the americans invaders of 1898 and adopted english, language for the purpose to get crumbs from racist people who dispice and don´t cara about them.
They should be shamed for their attitude.
Tagalog or filipino is greatly influenced by spanish language, a mix of both.
