I've been living in Cambodia for 10 years. The climate is hot, but manageable with air conditioning. It's both affordable and safe here. I spend about $1,000 a month, although I could reduce that to $500 if necessary.

Where ? I'm liking Siem Reap from what I can tell. -- PP seemingly has much more to offer - and - AC wherever you go ? -- Public places w/ac seem less available in SR ? -- Power outages scare me with no ac when essential ! -- I'm old and don't do the extreme heat very well.

That’s great. I’m planning on retiring in 3 years. If I can live off of 3000 per month I would be happy. If the USD crashes then everything changes

I recently spent six months in the Philippines, and based on my experience, a budget of $500 per month is quite limiting. With that amount, you might find yourself living in very basic conditions such as a tent in designated areas, on the streets, or even among those who reside in the bushes of public parks, as I observed many others doing.

well right off the bat he was lieing that you only need $500 usd for he talks that you need at lest $1500 usd a month in Indonesia to retire not the $500 in the name of this video says. so ya hes all ready lieing just into 3 minutes of this video. you may be able to live only on $500 a month in Indonesia but you still would need at lest $1500 a month to retire there so you can not really lie there jsut on $500 a month for you still need that $1500 a month and there is lot of expats that are not even close to getting $1500 a month at all.

It would be great if you could also include information on the ease of obtaining residency and citizenship, along with the basic requirements. For example, Uruguay offers a digital nomad visa and a retirement visa, both of which can lead to residency and citizenship. A key requirement is proving a minimum monthly income of $1500. Additionally, Uruguay does not tax foreign income, including pensions, Social Security, or digital income from abroad. Thanks again, and keep up the excellent work!

A key deciding factor is the requirement for any mandated vaccines. In Canada and Australia it was widely required to do anything.
In the US we have Title 7 of CFR that protects religious exemption and in the state of Florida additional protections are state law.
Any nation that is part of the WHO would be risky for overarching controls that could cost your life.
    This topic should be covered.

You guys are getting better; gave you a like and subscribed... My concerns... I am a 68 year old retiree... I have doubts about finding a spouse or girlfriend In Indonseia, India, Pakistan, and Vietnam. I have heard that young women in Vietnam seen with an older gentlemen suffer from "whore " gossip. In India I wonder if cultural diffences cause dating difficulties... Indonesia, Bangladesh , and Pakistan are muslim countries... One lady I talked to said she would only marry a muslim man... I wonder how Muslim I would have to be to get married.... hehe You put Northen Cypres on my radar.

The Philippines has including for foreigners cheap but not the locals, lol since one main issue is inflation and poor standard on living especially improvished provinces

@@discoverglobeliving Yes that's my perspective on the list that the Philippines was including the cheapest for foreigners but not locals themselves 😊😊
