Phil recently said his roots have been calling him and the next album is gonna be stupid heavy. He's posted a few teasers on instagram and well, he really meant it. Anyway... coming from a longtime Whitechapel fan, Kin is just amazing

I'm an avid fan of New Era and This Is Exile but I absolutely love everything they've done. Whether it is stuff like their self-titled album, Endless War & Mark Of The Beast, or even the more recent stuff like Kin and The Valley. I will always love what they do as they are one of my favorite bands of all time.

Just can't get into modern Whitechapel... BUT, it sure sounds like they're itching to write some deathcore again, so I'm hopeful.
