Man you're going to surprised when you hear the majority of their discography. Muuuuuch heavier. This song slaps though. Kin is in my top 5 fav albums of all time. Check out Kin and also their album The Valley. I'd also recommend looking up the story behind the last two albums, so heart breaking.
I feel like this is a historic event. Someone who has never heard whitechapel can’t imagine Phil Bozeman doing harsh vocals because his cleans are so good. That’s fantastic. 🔥🔥🔥
He used to never do cleans back in the day. Was much more straightforward death metal. Over the albums he started adding in clean vocals and he had a good singing voice.
I was so pleasantly surprised when Phil started singing and the band overall went in a somewhat proggy direction rather than the same straight up deathcore they put out most of their career.
Listen to blood soaked symphony off the same album! It’s so different and more like themselves. But this song shows Phil in such a vulnerable way and it’s so fucking good!!
Kin is a fantastic album "especially with Alex Rudinger on The drums," but you should really give some of their older stuff a try as well! Whitechapel is one of the best deathcore bands to do it. Gotta listen to Necromechanical, Murder Sermon, Messiahbolical just to name a few.
That whole album is great. From this album (Kin), Blood Soaked Symphony is most reminiscent to their older stuff and you’d be shocked it was the same band.
Dadchapel, New stuff is 5 finger death punch with more talent. Saw is the law that's white chapel. How people like this ifk, not my style. You do you I guess haha.
"How people like this idk, not my style. You do you I guess haha." Maybe people like it because it's not fucking shit like their older material? Just a thought.

When a demon defiles a witch is a must

Check out his live performance from the mitch lucker memorial show!
