I love Another 13, after discovering it a few years ago as much as I try to change things up and wear different scents, I ALWAYS go back to Another 13. It's a unique, addictive scent that lingers for days on anything that comes in contact with it in the best way.

Hi. Im a guy, middle aged. And confident but humble. I fell for this fragrance and have been wearing this off and on for months now. I keep it in my rotation. I also wear Aventus and BR540 edp. Honest to God, I get more compliments when I have worn Another 13 than when I wear Aventus. My most complimented fragrance order: Another 13 & BR540....Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume Superdose..Parfums De Marly Herod & Layton..Armaf Club Nuit Intense Man (all flankers)…Aventus Cologne…Aventus (OG)…my male friends and coworkers seem to compliment Aventus and its clones more. The ladies compliment all the others instead. They say Another 13 & BR540 smell heavenly. One day I will wear the both side by side and see what the reaction will be. Take care. Great review. 🌹

@@w1l9sole79 totally agreed. I really enjoy it too. It projects though we go nose blind to it. A Lyft driver complimented the fragrance almost 12-13 hrs after I originally applied it. I could not smell it on me at all. This was after a long work day. Have a blessed week
I had the same reaction when I first smelled another 13 it’s just an amazing unique smell it is strong but not to bother you or anyone around .

@@titisweets I just got to test it out at Nordstrom and take a sample home. And I can hardly smell anything myself. It took about 30 minutes to be able to smell anything on my skin at all. And to me it isn't worth the price because I want to be able to smell my own fragrances (not just others being able to smell). It is interesting for sure though. I'm still looking for my favorite musk or everyday fragrance when I don't feel like smelling too much, but still want to wear perfume. Another 13 smelled more like water to me. I still have some left to test a little but I dunno lol
You should layer Santal 33 and Another 13! Pure magic!

Thanks so much for the review! I’m curious how well this wears throughout the day on you. I got a sample of it and I love it when I first put it on but I can’t smell it at all throughout the day. Not sure if that’s just because I get used to it or what but I haven’t had anyone notice it on me yet either.
The smell is definitely light and airy! I get compliments all day long even when I can’t smell it anymore so it could just be that you get used to the smell. I know that I do!
I originally bought the 50ml bottle to try and I loved it. It was long lasting and I could definitely smell it through out the day. On the basis of this I purchased the larger bottle. However I can no longer smell it while I'm wearing it. Other people can and I've been complemented and they want to know what it is. Suppose if other people like it then that's OK.😄

Please review Lost In Santa’s, the new scent from Bath & Body Works Luxury Collection. Everyone saying it’s an exact dupe of Santal 33. This collection is limited some stores only have it or online and it’s supposed to be the closest dupes to Prada, Tom Ford, Valentino etc. They came with 10 scents. The green bottle is Lost In Santal

My sadness is that i can barely smell it. At this price point I would need to smell it. I am thankful that i was able to purchase samples for $7 apiece. The patchouli scented one on the other hand was so overpoweringly burned smelling I almost got sick.
Oh wow! I love the fragrance! I feel like it’s subtle but it smells so different on everyone. But I totally understand that everyone has a different preference!
I just bought it yesterday. The fresh one made for me did not smell like the display. I was told it needs to macerate for several days up to 2 weeks for it to mature. Hoping it does because I was disappointed in the fresh bottle.

I just ordered a sample of this perfume off the Le Labo site and at first I could smell the fragrance even before spraying it and it smelled amazing but once I sprayed it all I got was the scent of rubbing alcohol. Is it just me or is it a bad sample? Or has this happened to anyone else?

I ordered a sample as well and it literally smelled like motor oil or a dirty factory. It was awful. So I’m guessing maybe a bad sample?? But I’ve been afraid to order again.

There's nothing wrong with the sample. You have just gone noseblind to the fragrance. It's quite common with fragrances based on iso e super or ambroxan (same with Baccarat Rouge 540). If you your nose gets an "overdose" of these notes it can shut down, so you actually can't detect these specific notes at all, and you only get a smell of something synthetic or alcohol-like. There are a couple of things that can help with this: Never smell directly from the bottle or stick your nose straight into your arm just after spraying. Your nose needs a break from the smell and trying really hard to sniff it only makes it shut down even more. Try giving your nose a couple of days off. Then try spraying the fragrance on a cloth of some kind - don't smell when spraying, or after - but put the cloth in another room and wait maybe 30 min or more and then go and wave it in front of your face (again don't stick your nose directly in the cloth but keep a bit of distance). Revisit your fragranced cloth every once in a while over the next days and maybe you will slowly start to pick up more of the fragrance. But honestly, even after trying to train my nose with this method I still really struggle with smelling this fragrance (along with Molecule 01), which is just so sad because everyone describes it as pure heaven.
I ordered a sample from Le Labo, fell in love, ordered a small bottle from Nordstrom and cant smell it, except a slight odor of B.O./mold. I dont get it? I smelled the sample strongly! 😢Anyone else notice a new bottle not smelling the same? Im on the fence, should i return it or does it need to macerate?? I definitely smelled the sample strongly. I dont think im noseblind to ambroxan.
i would definitely return it! i always order directly from the store because i've found that ordering from other stores can sometimes have a different fragrance. i'm not sure how long they keep the perfumes, but in the le labo store if you order in person they will create the scent in front of you!
I purchased Santal 33 but sad you hardly can smell it. Do you have any suggestions?
make sure you keep it out of your bathroom because i've read that the shower and steam can dilute your scent! also spraying right after your shower onto your skin can help it to absorb more
Hopefully yu bought santal from the store and not from someone else, possibly counterfeit ... Santal is pretty strong so yu should be able to smell it... Or drink alot of water or use non scented lotion

They call it another 13 because there's 13 ingredients in there, that guy just probably helped create the name but that's why they call it another 13.
I do want to say you're absolutely right about that guy helping create the name, I guess I wanted to give insight on why they decided on the name another 13... Shoot, Santal 33 has 33 ingredients. They don't really put much thought behind it.
Fun fact, Le Labo means laboratory in French.

Don’t understand the point about a bottle being heavy enough for travel. If the bottle is not heavy, you put some of it it in a concrete flask for travel?

@@ShawnaciSchroeder Santal smells like celery on me. Yep, celery. Sad, too. I’m also a huge fan of Musc 25 but I can only get that online once a year….or anytime I’m in the Los Angeles area, which I never am. Musc 25 is a glorious scent.

Make sure you’re buying from Le Labo and not from a secondhand store. Sometimes buying from another retailer changed the fragrance!
