Hell yeah I remember this game, my friend who lived next door to me, who got the NES first had this as one of his first games, and we played it all the time, we where not very good at it, but we had a blast with it, because we did not have very many games at the time, the local video store did not have a huge game rental section.
I saw this at the video game store and almost bought it, but I didn't know if it was shit or gold, like a terd nugget or unlicenced gold. I had no idea until I saw this. I will have to check if its still there or not
i used to play this in the 80s as a kid too all the time and i didn't realize until tonight (i played it in an emulator for the first time in 25 years right before watching this review) that keeping the coyote on the screen keeps him from using the jetpack. sounds like you had the same issue. lol fuck, how did we not figure that out before?
Had this on the Amstrad as a kid, absolutely loved it.
Derek's Reviews Rock!
One of my favorite NES games and Derek. So much goodness! Still have this game from the NES days!

Ladies and gentleman, I give you Wile E. Coyote's favorite video game... the one where he actually CATCHES the Road Runner.

The road runner is all time favorite looney tunes character. To think that this game came way before death Valley rally.
Loved your reference to the Bugs Bunny show

I remember renting this on Genesis and hating it. Seeing you playing it makes me think I might like it a little better if I knew what I was doing it..
