Kirin and Rajang are kind of similar in fight style so I hope we can see Akantorex do a naked hammer/GS run on rajang.

Bringing back the old ways. I remember when Crit Draw was the only way to play GS. I had to learn it to beat Tigrex and Rajang in MHFU.

Rajang was always small, people just didn't realize it since we couldn't change camera distance.

Why aren’t there more kinds of Rajang yet, if this one is electric because it feeds from Kirin, then we can totally have a Rajang that feed from teostra, or kushala, hell even one that feeds from velkhana and instead of super saiyan it goes full ice armor
Lucas Olivares if I'm not mistaken, Rajang already has electric powers, though they're somewhat dormant for lack of a better term, but eating the horn allows him to follow use them.

Monster Hunter Frontier had a fire Rajang, but since that game was Monster Hunter on crack and it's closing down, nobody really acknowledges it
Is it a non-written rule that you have to slay? Cause capturing would have saved you some precious seconds.
Is Iceborne Endgame focused on GLands? No Optional Quests for GLands-only monsters?
besides Scarred Yian Garuga, there are arena quests for the GL exclusives. And yeah that's our endgame besides new monster farming and stuff since all materials for augmenting comes from the GL.
How was Rajang, Aki? If I remember correctly you told Arekkz he was your favorite monster, so this update should be a pretty big deal to you.
How do I fight Rajang as a hammer user? I can't really get hits on him

Rajang is one of those monsters that have really good weapon match ups. CB is kinda bad against him because of his small hit box. Also his tendency to sidehop and backhop instead of turning makes saed require a lot of predictions.
@@jakkank tbh it doesn't matter that much if you can't ultra, CB was all about the Elemental 2 and Super spam back in 4U, so I bet Aki can pull some really good time using savage axe.
Or maybe he's a god and just casually look into the future to land perfect ultra bursts, who knows.
@@saito853 savage axe wont be any better, savae axe is better when the axe swing pass through more monster parts and land more hits. Its useful against a lot of the endgame monsters because of the hitboxes of the head, neck, body, wings/legs. Rajang is really compact in comparison.
Still my point stands, even most of Akantorex's solo MH4U rajang runs used GS. The times he used CB against rajang was for multi monster hunts.
Akantorex been a GS “main” forever. Lots of GS and hammer before the CB came out. This guy can run any melee weapon on any monster. He just doesn’t flex on everyone like that all the time.
