The space in front of your desk is fine as it is - gives a very open, uncluttered, airy vibe with that nice window effectively and pleasantly framing your workspace. I suggest you let it stay that way.
Thank you! Do you live in Shanghai? It is custom-made due to the odd size. But it's very similar to this doctorkitchbath.com/product/light-brown-sisal-carpet/
Finally an interior TH-camr who cares about Feng Shui!! I keep looking at all these western TH-camrs and their beautiful homes but they have terrible Feng Shui and it really bothers me because I just know these people are living in qi pathways all over the space….. one thing though is I think you should move the lamp and vase with tall twigs off the sideboard behind the sofa. They interrupt the line of sight into the balcony and makes the space look cluttered. Noah Daniel talks a lot about how you also need to make space for the eye to rest and I think this would help with that. Also the mirror should go on the wall instead of stood in the corner imo. It breaks up the clean lines of the space and creates floor clutter. Otherwise I love your space so much!!!!
Hello there. It helps that I'm Chinese and grew up in a community that is big on the fengshui 🤭 and thanks for the insights, will be doing a reset some time this year and will try to move things around! Do share the link of that video too if you don't mind 🤭
Love your minimalist office - reminds me of an Apple Store space. Must be very nice working from home for you
Oh thank you!!! I never thought of it but maybe because of the slim, minalist table plus some Apple products made it look as such 😅
i really love the floor lamp in your office, please where you did get it?

Thank you. one less thing to think about then! sometimes there's the unnecessary urge to fill whatever blank spaces in the apartment. 🤭
I really love your floor lamp, where you get it?
